Lovely quaint harbour, normally a hive of activity in summer. The Southern most point of the African continent is only 7 km away at Cape Augulhas with the iconic lighthouse worth a visit. From the second you walk in through the main door, you are hit with an outstanding view! The location is absolutely perfect. The house is ideal for groups of 6- 8 people. It’s also divided and so 2 rooms are separate from the other 2 which provides extra privacy. The kitchen had everything we needed. For those that want to walk down to the beach- the path is a few minutes away just off the main road. It’s also possible to walk to town where there are restaurants and shops. Michéle was very helpful. Overall- a fantastic stay, thank you.

Our recent stay at this seafront accommodation was nothing short of magical, and we are already planning our return! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the truly spectacular views that stretched out before us. Waking up to the sight and sound of the ocean just steps away was an unforgettable experience. Beyond the stunning panorama, the home itself was incredibly cosy and inviting. It truly felt like a home away from home, providing a sense of warmth and comfort that made for a truly relaxing getaway. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, guaranteeing a restful night's sleep. A highlight of our evenings was undoubtedly the lovely combustion fireplace. It added such a wonderful ambiance, making the living space even more inviting and perfect for unwinding with good wine and great company. We’ll definitely be back!!

The Handley home us a dream of a beach house. Comfortable, homey, spacious, beautiful and a great location. It had everything we could think of and more. it's so tastefully decorated, it has an indoor fireplace, comfy sofas, books, games and more. It"s a 2 minute walj to the beach. Lively front and back patios, just perfect! We will be back to this gem as soon as we can. Thank you Savannah for being the perfect host - kind, generous and helpful.
