Absolutely loved the place. Amazing views and beautiful pool! Would absolutely stay again!

Tom was an excellent host, responsive and helpful. His place was a perfect spot for me and my daughter to spend a couple of weeks when we needed to be in Van Nuys. Well stocked with everything we needed. Remodeled bathroom and updated kitchen. Beds were comfy and the bedrooms were private and quiet. Parking was easy. The photos give you a very good idea of the place. It is one of our favorite Airbnb's and we hope to return in the future.

Wonderful location tucked away from the commotion of LA. House layout provided ample space for our family to relax while enjoying our time together. Always responsive to our inquiries. Location was great for getting around the area. Look forward to our next stay.

Our stay was amazing! The host were very accommodating and friendly! Everything was as described and the home was beautiful had so many essentials which made our stay comfortable! Home is super cozy we can’t wait to stay again soon!

My husband likes to say..."wow, that's why Michael is a 'super host'"! This home is what every air bnb consumer hopes for. It actually exceeds your expectation. He has thought of everything and more. Every detail is covered, everything you need is there. The home is immaculate and so are all the appointments, home appliances and gardens. There is a wonderful patio and barbeque too. I remember saying 'pride in ownership'. We had a different circumstance coming here in that we were displaced by the California Wild Fires. We found the comfort of our home here and the comfort of our hosts, who care. We had hardly anything when we got there and Michael and his wonder partner provided for, and had already thought of everything. We were fortunate this home was available when we needed it. As far as travel, if you are a tourist, I personally needed to get around, to our former home, and to work. The freeway is close by as are many wonderful restaurants. Enjoy!

The most beautiful property I’ve ever been to!

The host was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel comfortable and at ease! The charming decor and abundant natural light created a cozy atmosphere. The well-equipped kitchen made meal preparation easy, and the inviting living area was perfect for relaxation. The location was excellent, with many attractions and restaurants nearby. I highly recommend this Airbnb and look forward to returning.

Its a family home at its finest at the heart of the city. North Hollywood. Peaceful neighborhood. Complete amenities, even kitchen utensils. We super loved the place, the interiors , the space everything. Cant wait to book again next time we visit USA. Thanks Sabrina for being a gracious host to us. Until next time.:)

This place is absolutely stunning, with one of the most beautiful front and back gardens I’ve ever seen. The backyard was a peaceful spot to relax, and the pool added quite a bit of luxury. I didn’t meet Geoff, but Daren was incredibly warm and welcoming—easily one of the best hosts I’ve had, striking the perfect balance between friendliness and giving space. Has the basic kitchen essentials, hot plate in a drawer, kettle, toaster oven, microwave, wine fridge; it’s PLENTY for a short stay. The guest house feels closely connected to the main home, and the vibe was nothing but positive! I’d stay here again in a heartbeat—10/10 experience

MK is a fantastic host! Her place is in a wonderful, central location that allows you to easily get around LA which is saying a lot as LA can be a tough city to get around in. The home matched the description and photos. MK was very accommodating, flexible, kind, and responsive - thank you for a great stay!

Thanks for letting us stay! Staying in the guest house was very peaceful and quiet. It was just we needed for a nights rest. Bed was comfy and loved the little kitchen. I would definitely stay here again ! Didn’t have time to enjoy the pool and patio, but it looked great!

Ari’s place is fantastic. I sat out in the patio every morning listening to birds and having coffee. Nice quiet cul de sac. House was exactly as photos represented. Amenities and kitchen and bathrooms were resort level. Great place and I’ll be back! Thanks Ari.

Sara was incredible!! She was able to accommodate us for a week super last-minute (same day booking). Additionally, she made us feel extremely welcomed as she left a personal welcome note and even surprised me with flowers and a cupcake for my birthday!! I was away from my family so that made me feel extra welcomed! The neighborhood is beautiful and super close to shopping and restaurants! Sara was very responsive and was more than happy to give us great recommendations for things to do around the area. The space is super comfortable, clean and quiet! And the pool was just the cherry on top!! My favorite part was meeting her and her adorable puppy at the end of our stay! I cannot recommend her place enough. We will be back for sure!

Julia is an incredible host. From the time we booked her home, she was very hospitable and did everything to make our stay comfortable. I highly recommend her place to anyone wanting to visit LA. Comfortable space for the whole family. Exactly what we were looking for in a home away from home. Loved the scents of the shampoo and conditioner!

The guest house is beautifully decorated, private, and peaceful. Gillan allowed us our privacy but was very helpful when we had questions or requests. The dogs were adorable and a big bonus!

Basic and minimal, but clean, quiet, comfortable, and very convenient location. Was warm out (high 70s / low 80s) with no A/C, but with the window open and fan going it was cool and comfortable.

It was a lovely stay for me and my family. The location was extremely safe and close to convenience stores and restaurants. Parking was free and convenient. The property was spacious and comfortable, especially the living area. Highly Recommend!!

Loved the bungalow and the location was perfect. Host was very responsive when I asked for ice as it was a scorcher the day I arrived. Will stay again next time in LA.

We loved staying here, it was clean and private. It was close to so much and had what we needed after a long day out sightseeing. We would stay here again and again. Thanks for sharing your place with us.

If you are taking the family to Universal, rent this place. The location is spectacular and only 8 minutes from Universal. The beds were very comfortable. One of the bedrooms is over the garage and separate from the main house. That might be an issue for parents with small children. It was actually fine for our group. One of the adult couples had a nice semi-private getaway. Shopping and restaurants all close by. The host was very helpful and responsive. I would stay here again. Only minor complaint was the deck with the hot tub needed sweeping. I’m sure the location makes keeping up with that challenging.

Debbie's home feels like home from the get go! Situated in a very quiet spot so that you can enjoy the views. the neighborhood has lots to do and Debbie is so easy to communicate with!
