Strap on your touring skis directly from the hut and climb the peaks in the Kitzbühel Alps.

In winter, the ski slope passes in front of the house, and the ski lift goes up behind the house. In the summer, we are a little hidden and can be reached via a short gravel road. The parking lot is right in front of the house.

The apartment is located at about 1000 m The ski resorts Hochzillertal-Hochfügen and the Zillertal Arena are only a few km from our house and can be reached by car. The small, cozy Apart die Almsünde has free Wi-Fi, ski storage room with drying room, car parking!! In winter, winter tires are absolutely necessary!!! In case of snowfall, snow chains are also required!!!!
