Ab Frühsommer 2026 gibt es eine exklusive Sauna, diese kann optional gebucht werden. Rauchen ist nur im Freien erlaubt!! Du hast einen privaten eigenen Eingang zu deiner Wohnung. Die Karlsruher Stadtmitte ist mit dem Zug in 10 Minuten und mit der Strassenbahn in 30 Minuten direkt zu erreichen. Zum KIT Nord Campus kommst du in 10 Minuten mit einem unserer Fahrräder oder in 20 Minuten mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln.

Our farmhouse is located north of the "Black Forest Nature Park". Nature invites you to cycle, hike and discover: orchards, forests, meadow valleys and high moors, gorges, streams & lakes! And vineyards. But you can also relax in our garden and enjoy local wine or craft beer. We have 2 dogs and 1 cat, turtles and sheep (not always on premise).

Welcome to our cosy holiday home! The studio apartment is located on the ground floor of our big family house and has a separate entrance. The bedroom is big and bright with exit to the garden. In the bedroom you´ll find a king-size bed consisting of two single mattresses, a wardrobe, a dresser, a table and two couches. The small kitchen is well equipped for self-supply. Breakfast is optional for an extra charge (5€ p.P.). In the recently renovated bathroom we will provide towels.
