Public transport and restaurants can be reached quickly. The Marienhospital is about 10 minutes away on foot. Apartment is fully equipped. Via the “Erwin-Schoettle-Platz” stop (8 minutes on foot from the apartment) you can take the subway to the city center in 4 minutes. Quick connection to the motorway and to the musicals (Si-Centrum).

Unser 23 m² großes, modern eingerichtetes Appartement ist NEU renoviert und hat zwei getrennte Zimmer und ein Bad. Eine Zweimannbelegung ist selbstverständlich möglich. Das Schlafzimmer ist mit einem 1m Bett, einem Schrank und einer Kommode ausgestattet. Im Wohnraum befinden sich das Sofa mit Bettfunktion und die Einbauküche, sowie ein Esstisch mit 2 Plätzen . Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit Geschirrspüler, Induktionsherd, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle und Kühl/-Gefrierkombination.

2 rooms, bathroom. Our vacation apartment is located in the Stuttgart district "Bad Cannstatt", in a quiet residential area. Our vacation apartment was renovated and refurnished in 2020 and 2023! The residential building from 1936 was completely renovated between 2014 and 2018. The vacation apartment is located on the garden floor, with access to the garden terrace and its own entrance. A covered outdoor seating area and large garden with terrace invites you to relaxed, enjoyable times.

Es bietet ein hochwertiges Doppel-Boxspringbett, ein modernes, eigenes Bad und eine Mini-Küche im Zimmer. Dazu Schrank, Tisch und Stühle, einen Flachbild-Fernseher und Highspeed-WLan. In der Nähe befinden sich Bäcker, Cafés, ein Bio-Laden und gute Restaurants und nette kleine Läden - in einer ruhigen Straße mit historischen Sandsteinhäusern.
