ARTspace is a sustainably renovated loft that offers plenty of space and features modern furnishings. The forest, a bike path, and a hiking trail are right on our doorstep. Our property is powered by renewable energy from hydropower.

The charming, romantic attic apartment is centrally located in the quiet city center of Reutlingen with excellent transport links to outlet city Metzingen, airport and Messe Stuttgart and to the Swabian Alps, both by public transport and by car. An underground parking space is available for our guests (optional). The attic apartment is divided into 2 areas. On the left is the living room and sleeping area with balcony and on the right kitchen with terrace, bathroom/toilet.

The beautiful Waiblingen old town is within minutes walking distance, as are bakeries, butchers, organic markets and other shopping facilities. Two minutes away is the bus stop with direct connections to Waiblingen train station (8 minutes) and the S-Bahn to Stuttgart (25 minutes) The cozy apartment has its own entrance and parking at the house The location invites you to leisurely walks or bike rides along the Rems and in the Talaue landscape park.

We are in an idyllic location near Bietigheim-Bissingen. Right between the Untermberg ruins and the Enz-Aue near the recreational center Nature Park: Stromberg-Heuchelberg. From strolling in the historic old town to enjoying nature... With a home office area with a 100 Mbit line, remote office should not be a problem. For physical fitness, we have a training tower from Kettler. And a well-shaped bathtub that invites you to relax after work ;)

Rustic hut with massage & sauna in the Black Forest

On our 2-hectare forest property, we rent our spacious rustic hut with kitchenette. The cottage is currently being renovated for our guests! Dogs are also allowed on request. Our cabin is also very popular with families with children. Linens and towels are to be brought. Sheet is freshly made. For wellness fans, it is also possible to book a massage in our practice. Our wood-heated barrel sauna can be booked for a fee.
