Good and calm place.

Steffen is a great host. Super communicative and responsive. Answered every question almost right away. When we needed something he came in less than 15 min. The house was very clean and comfortable. It was a great fit for our family of 5 adults. The living area and kitchen were well equipped and we had great breakfasts at the big dinning table.

Everything is great, as always! Small criticism of bedrooms on the upper floor: there were hardly any ways to hang clothes here. We will be happy to come back

We had a great stay. The house is charming, clean, and comfortable. The keypad is easy. All of the amenities were great and new. The place has 2 toilets and 1 shower. We could have used another shower for our 7 guests, but it was fine. It's a very comfortable and clean house. It's walkable to a train station. Now that I better understand Stuttgart, I would have rented a car. The house has parking. But it's also very close to a train station.

Alex was an incredible host, friendly and available. He lives next door and provided detailed instructions about every room, it's equipment, and the surroundings- which was appreciated. The house is big and had everything we needed. We could also use their normal bicycles and helmets to ride in the neighborhood. Highly recommend it!

We booked the accommodation for our two exam weeks and felt very comfortable there! The accommodation offers everything you need for a stay! The two bathrooms were also great, so there was no congestion in the morning and we could go to the exam without stress! Communication was great! It was especially great that Faruk was so flexible and very accommodating to us! Gladly again!

Great value for money, with coffee and tea , superb location and great bakery next door !! Lovely are to walk around and lots of nice restaurants and cafe’s in the town.Everything you need and a real home from home

It was wonderful at Helga's cottage by the old mill. Very spacious, very bright, very quiet and surrounded by a natural garden. Eggs straight from the chicken, a huge terrace and a perfect, complete kitchen. Wonderful excursion destinations nearby, but also the Swabian Alps and Black Forest. Lake Constance can also be reached in an hour.

The house you must stay in every time you come to Ludwigsburg, the room is beautiful, the surroundings are very convenient, there are always all the facilities you want, there are three separate large rooms, the living room is very spacious!Highly recommended!

Our family of 5 visited Stuttgart for a few days to experience German culture. The apartment is large, clean, and close to public transportation, which made it easy to get around the city. The apartment offers a great view of Stuttgart and it suburban setting is quiet and comfortable. Tine was very helpful with recommendations and responsive to any needs we had.

I booked Rini's apartment for a colleague on business. Check-in went smoothly. It would only have been nice if the apartment had been a little preheated, as it is a bit cool in the basement around this time of year. Otherwise, everything was perfect. Everything was nice and clean and tidy and also the communication with Rini was impeccable. I would be happy to book again when we are around.

Very nice condition of the accommodation. Helpful hosts and really nice surroundings. Sylvia & Wasili have provided great instructions for nearby restaurants, grocery stores, how to sort garbage and everything else. We could easily arrive late in the evening and then, according to the instructions, go to the store to buy freshly baked bread and other items for breakfast. We had a very nice stay here and will definitely come back.

Super nice and clean Airbnb. Great location in Stuttgart for a number of companies. My children and I felt very comfortable in the apartment. The contact and communication was also totally uncomplicated and everything was described exactly, so that there were no problems. We already know where we will stay if we go back to Stuttgart. Great apartment with everything you need! Also very suitable for longer stays (washing machine, iron & ironing board etc). Host Patrick is extremely friendly, accommodating and helpful at all times. Glad to come back!

Kapka was very responsive and helpful, we were able to leave the luggage until the desired time. The accommodation is super comfortable and quiet. We were able to enjoy Stuttgart while being in a peaceful place. Transportation works great. I highly recommend the thermal pools, they are great. We'll be back without a doubt!

Everything was as described and can be seen in the photos. Very quiet location. We went hiking with our dog in the area, which is very beautiful. The apartment and the small garden were perfect for a nice holiday with a dog.
