2 rooms, bathroom. Our vacation apartment is located in the Stuttgart district "Bad Cannstatt", in a quiet residential area. Our vacation apartment was renovated and refurnished in 2020 and 2023! The residential building from 1936 was completely renovated between 2014 and 2018. The vacation apartment is located on the garden floor, with access to the garden terrace and its own entrance. A covered outdoor seating area and large garden with terrace invites you to relaxed, enjoyable times.

Das Wasen Gelände, das Stadtzentrum sind mit Bahn/Taxi in < 20 Minuten gut zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeit, Apotheke, Post & Restaurant, 20 Minuten Fußweg (Naststrasse, Römerkastell). Für Kinder ist unser Gästebereich nur bedingt geeignet

The bus stop is 1 minute away. My place is great for couples, solo travelers, adventurers, and business travelers.

Our 23 m² modernly furnished apartment is NEWLY renovated and has two separate rooms and a bathroom. Two-way occupancy is of course possible. The bedroom is equipped with a 1m bed, a closet and a dresser. In the living room there is the sofa with bed function and the fitted kitchen, as well as a dining table with 2 seats . The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, induction hob, toaster, kettle, microwave and fridge/freezer.

If you are looking for a well-located, functional and clean place to stay, our simple little apartment is just right for you. Please note that Stuttgart is hilly. The apartment is very close to the main train station, but significantly higher. We therefore advise against walking from there with luggage, as the difference in altitude is approx. 100m.
