Das Schlafzimmer ist mit einem 1m Bett, einem Schrank und einer Kommode ausgestattet. Im Wohnraum befinden sich das Sofa mit Bettfunktion und die Einbauküche, sowie ein Esstisch mit 2 Plätzen . Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit Geschirrspüler, Induktionsherd, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle und Kühl/-Gefrierkombination.

2 rooms, bathroom. Our vacation apartment is located in the Stuttgart district "Bad Cannstatt", in a quiet residential area. Our vacation apartment was renovated and refurnished in 2020 and 2023! The residential building from 1936 was completely renovated between 2014 and 2018. The vacation apartment is located on the garden floor, with access to the garden terrace and its own entrance. A covered outdoor seating area and large garden with terrace invites you to relaxed, enjoyable times.

The apartment is located in a quiet residential area on the 2nd floor of a 6-family house overlooking Leonberg. The kitchen has a cozy dining niche and is fully equipped. The beautiful old town is only 600 meters away. It is 15 km to Stuttgart city center and 24 km to the airport. Very conveniently located by car via A8 / A81 and expressway to Stuttgart. The bus stop is 1 minute away. My place is great for couples, solo travelers, adventurers, and business travelers.

The half altitude gives you a very beautiful view over the city. Our house is inhabited by us as a family with four people.

The apartment consists of a bright living room and bedroom with double bed, couch and a TV. It has a small kitchen in the entrance area and a private bathroom. From the living room you come to your own small terrace in the garden. The apartment has its own entrance and parking.
