Holiday rentals with a patio in Suceava County

The apartment is in good condition, warm, cozy, in a good area. There was everything you need for your stay. The host is very friendly, nice person. He explained in detail how to find the place of residence. It was also nice that the owner of the apartment took care of our dog, provided the dog with dishes for feeding and food. A big plus is that there is parking for cars

Excellent - highly recommend. Located near the city center and main sites, but most importantly: an extremely clean apartament. It’s designed very tastefully and the apartment has anything you possibly might need.

The apartment is in a very good area, Mr. Grigorean was very well behaved and nice, the apartment was ready for us still rather by the entrance hours with our request. The apartment very clean and tidy. We were very happy with Mr. Grigorean's pleasant welcome. Thank you so much!!!

A perfect stay from all points of view! We were absolutely impressed with this apartment! Everything was impeccable, from cleanliness, to modern design and extremely warm welcome. The photos reflect 100% reality, and even the reality is more beautiful! The location is great, quiet but close to everything you need: shops, restaurants and sights. The host was very attentive, communicative and made us feel at home. We found all we needed in the apartment, including small details that make a difference (water, coffee, hygiene products). I highly recommend and we will definitely come back on the next visit to Suceava!

This house is a perfect variant for big company. The mountain is close, 10 minutes by car. The house is big and very nice. I can recommend!!!

The place is one of the best and most beautiful stays I ever had! Well positioned, beautiful surroundings, walkable distance to pretty and calm hikes, close to the city by car, a lot to visit, do and see around! Although we had not had time to do much, as the place itself offers so many amenities… there are so many things to do around: monasteries and the citadel of Suceava visits, horse riding, amazing food and others. The hosts were just wonderful! Very carrying, proactive, clear in their instructions and greatly responsive! Alex and Adi were fantastic, and Evie, the little one, was a joy to meet ☺️! Would 100% stay again, and would strongly recommend it to anyone, from families to groups of friends!

Aura made us feel very welcome. We were a group of 10, with children, everyone with different needs and questions, which Aura answered promptly. It’s worth knowing the cabin is on a busy main national road, giving it great access to the whole area; the traffic sound is audible from the property. The cabin is situated next to a car demolition site, with shells of old cars, and construction works are taking place on the fields on top and below the house. So the beautifully designed building is not as remote and tranquil as it might appear from the photographs, which was a little disappointing. However, the cabin has great bbq facilities, jacuzzi and sauna. We were particularly thankful for Aura sending someone to turn the wood heating system on late in the evening, when the children were cold. The children were also super excited at Aura’s generosity sending local delicacies for breakfast.

The property corresponds to the description, it is very well heated and comfortable. The location is good – next to the park and just 3 minutes to the slopes. The host is extremely responsive and kind, ready to help with any question. I highly recommend it.

Beautiful house, great spaces, great services. I would put small shampoos and shower foam and small gifts like water or something that would be nice to find on arrival.

He made the fire for us every morning and evening, ensuring we were always cozy. The house is incredibly spacious, featuring six large, comfortable bedrooms, a beautifully designed living room, and a charming traditional aesthetic. I especially appreciated the two bedrooms with desks, which gave me the perfect space to work with my laptop and monitor. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the essentials, so was the walk-in pantry. The outdoor BBQ gazebo was a dream—perfect for cooking and dining with family and friends. Ionel was also kind enough to let us bring our pup, who stayed warm in the entry hall. Every detail was thought out to make our stay exceptional. We truly can’t recommend this place and Ionel as a host enough. We’ll definitely be back!

amazing place to stay!

Very good location. Friendly and responsible hostess always tried to help us. The building is new with a lot of parking places. Calm and quiet atmosphere. Was a bit hard to figure out the block and apartment at the time we arrived so if you plan to stay here would recommend to reach out to the host in advance. Suceava is around 1 driving from the accommodation so definitely worth it. Would recommend the host and apartment!

A quiet, clean, beautiful, modern place. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, from coffee, shampoo , shower gel.... The space outside is gorgeous ... Everything was superlative!!!!
