Holiday rentals with a patio in Suchitepéquez Department

Samuel was super accommodating and let us check in earlier than we were supposed to which we really appreciated. Super responsive and offered us recommendations! Highly recommend staying at this airbnb!

Un lugar excelente… las personas que nos recibieron fueron muy amables, tuvimos un pequeño problema fuimos a comprar a las tiendas cercanas para cocinar algo de cenar y nos vendieron vencido todo pero las personas que nos recibieron en el Airbnb nos ayudaron mucho y nos regalaron de su comida son unas personas muy nobles y de buen corazón nos sentimos como en casa … como recomendación para los que van deben tener cuidado con las curvas

Fue mi primera vez usando AIBNB y fue una muy bonita experiencia, si recomiendo este apartamento, por supuesto, recomendando, vale la pena tomarlo en cuenta para tu descanso.

We've booked the place for almost a week because I needed to do a bit of remote work and to have at least a good view (which was indeed very beautiful over the lake :-) ) + Clemente is very friendly and helpful; he was a bit sick at the time, but was very responsive and sent his son for check-in. Also when the nights were a bit colder then expected, he also sent over immediately a friend for an extra blanket, when we wrote him :-) + Beautiful view - Can be very loud at night, because of all the partying in San Pedro, so bring earplugs - some furniture was a bit dusty - at the beginning we were a bit afraid of the electrical shower head, because it uses so much energy that the lights get dimmer and it seemed to have no grounding... (but apparently such shower heads for hot water are very common in central america and we actually had no problems) + well enough equipped kitchen to prepare your own foods Overall i really recommend the place if you want to stay a bit in San Pedro, especia

Excelente lugar para vacacionar en familia o con amigos, amplio y con vistas preciosas, tiene todo para pasarla increíble hasta juegos de mesa, la cocina súper completa tiene hasta una Alexa, recomiendo mucho este lugar Aspectos a tomar en cuenta: Súper retirado de todo ni una tienda cerca, lo más cercano es Santa Catarina Palopó a 30 minutos y Panajachel como a 45 minutos. El camino desde Santa Catarina Palopó no es el mejor, se iba convirtiendo de 2 carriles pasaba a 1 y hay como 15 minutos de terracería la cual cuando fuimos habían reparaciones, ignoro si pondrán asfalto pero en lluvia no creo que suba carro pequeño por 2 cuestas con tierra suelta, si vienen desde Patzún ahí si es calle asfaltada y 10 minutos de terracería. Solo pusieron 2 rollos de papel para una familia de 7 estando 3 días y no dieron sábanas extras, considero que para familias así es necesario Recomiendo traer comida para los días de vacaciones y no salir mucho, la pasarán increíble, yo lo disfruté demasiado.

Una cabaña muy bonita! ideal para familias y grupos! cerca del pueblo y muy cerca de la subida al mirador de san juan

The house is big and clean, very close to the parks. We enjoyed our stay, the only thing that I would add is more fans in the bedrooms or A/C.

La mejor vista del lago de todas las casas q he visitado en Sololá!!.. Mikaela y José super atentos para ayudar en todo... Mis hijos y sobrinos encantados en las terrazas y muelle de la casa, seguro regresamos, gracias Mónica

fue una estadía muy amena gracias al buen servicio y atención de emy, siempre está atenta, la casa es muy linda y estaba muy limpia, el café riquísimo. No tengo ninguna queja, fue una muy buena experiencia para mí familia.

The Lake House was waterfront in an unbelievable location—the pictured didn’t do the views justice! The house was walkable to the center of town but there were always tuk tuks around if you didn’t feel like walking. The Mikaso Hotel next door was very convenient to grab a meal or a drink. The house was very spacious and we made great use of both patio decks. The location is a bit buggy but that should be expected right on the lake. The house had everything and I would definitely stay there again on my next visit to San Pedro!!

Excelente alojamiento y buena ubicación.

We stayed at Casa Escobar while sharing a magnificent time at Xetulul and with friends in San Sebastian. I give a good ABNB review with confidence the host(s) will get a handle on a couple of issues (mentioned later). With everything available to cook that we needed, we prepared a couple big meals for friends. Refrigerator, washer and dryer functioned pretty well. With beautiful little park settings, stream, pool, barbaque, and picnic settings nearby, I enjoyed the environment. Air conditioning apperatus in the two bedrooms helped with the heat and humidity. Much apreciated, Anix corresponded cordially and helped with any and all questions. Due to Guatemala's environment, insects sometimes challenge otherwise good stay conditions. Anix worked to mitigate the issue. Enjoying an amazing Semana Santa, we spent a week in the area.

Buen lugar. Grande. comodo. con todo lo necesario. limpio y seguro. A 10min de parque xetulul. volveria a alojarme sin duda.
