Once the original farm house for a farm, The Cottage has lots of original charms including old beams and a bread oven. We are confident that our small yet mighty space will meet your needs offering a comfy double bed, shower room, snuggly sofa and a fully fitted kitchen and inspire you on what can be created in a small space. Our cosy space is a renovated garage situated next to our house but you will have your own private entrance and lock safe. Parking is also available. Dogs are very welcome but please add them onto the booking as there is a charge .

The cottage, which dates back to the mid 1700s, has recently undergone a full refurbishment and is now ready to welcome guests. The unique position and size creates a cosy feel. Outside there is ample ‘off lane’ parking and its own garden to complete the space available for guests. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space!

Located in the beautiful village of Sudborough, 20 mins from the towns of Kettering, Corby and Oundle. One king- sized bedroom upstairs with a small kitchenette with induction hob and combi microwave in an open-plan living space downstairs. We are pet friendly with small, private enclosed garden and terrace for the property . Dominic and Emily live on-site, across the courtyard garden at the front of the property, however The Hayloft feels perfectly private.
