Perfect house for 6 people, very spacious, a beautiful and well-kept garden along with a super well-located pool with sun all day, practical and clean kitchen, it has a dining room and a living room to watch TV, all the rooms had fans and you slept comfortably. Quiet neighborhood, you can breathe peace. We loved staying there, the host was very nice and adapted very well to our schedules, and they also lent us a travel crib for our baby. I definitely recommend this charming house.

What a wonderful week we had at Villa Leonika in November. What a nice spacious house, with all the comforts. It is located in the quiet and beautiful district of La Sabatera and it is a 20-25 minute walk to the port of Moraira and the beach Playa l'Ampolla. In this old part of Moraira there are a few nice and cozy restaurants and terraces. The big market on Friday is recommended. The host was very friendly and helpful. In short, we had a perfect week.

First time we have ever used air bnb. The whole process was made incredibly easy by Kiras great communication and Mabel on site to help out, great check in and out. Accommodation was top notch with views to match. A perfect week to re charge our batteries and relax. The pool was great and the gardens stunning. Most definitely did not want to leave and will definitely return.

What a beautiful stay soon arrival met by the cleaning staff who were very friendly and showed us around. The house was lovely and clean there was cleaning products and water provided they even had games for the children. The children jumped straight in the swimming pool and used the inflatables at the property. We loved our stay here and could only recommend as a perfect place for a family to stay thank you and we hope to return.

Lesya was a great host and always at hand with any questions. On arrival everything was explained clearly. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean with all you need as a base for your holiday. The combination of Air con and the comfiest beds I've slept in with a range of pillows made sure we slept well. The scenery as well as the outdoor facilities couldn't be beaten and the photos don't do it enough justice. Lesya lives in the centre part of the villa which was great for any help that was needed and only saw her when we needed something. The outdoor facilities are shared with the other apartment so may need planning if you were having a Bbq in the upstairs kitchen, which wasn't an issue for us. Would definitely recommend a stay here. Beautiful views, friendly helpful host and great value for money.

Pictures don't do this place justice. This house is so great if you are seeking quiet and peace with space to spread out and also very close to the beach (8 minutes) and the supermarket (5 minutes). We loved going to the great beaches around but LOVED having this house to ourselves and enjoyed many hours on the porch and by the pool. The house was squeaky clean and they had a tv you could watch Disney, prime and Netflix.. great after a long day in the sun. The house was dead quiet and dark and cool... great for great nights of sleep. Lots of space. Highly recommend for a weekend outside of the hustle and bustle and peace. Communication was very easy with David.

Great stay at this beautiful villa true to description and photos. Beautiful view! Very warm welcome and departure. Excellent contact with hosts available for any questions or problems. Clean and secure villa in a very quiet area, well located 15 min from benidorm center and 45 min from alicante by car. Grocery stores 5 mins by car. Parking possible in front of the house. We'll be happy to come back, thank you for hosting us!

We really enjoyed our stay at this villa. The views from the pool are stunning and the villa is very private. The whole place was very clean and there were loads of pots, pans, and most importantly, a dishwasher! There a lots of places to sit, the furniture is modern, and the air conditioning made everywhere comfortable. The guidebook was fab with lots of recommendations, and the hosts were friendly and responsive. The villa was easy to find, and the name is written on the side, making it easy to see from the road. We had a fantastic time here and would definitely stay again.

We had a very happy time with all my family at Mane's house. The property is very comfortable and well thought out for a perfect stay. All appliances, beds, bedding, kitchen and kitchen utensils are of good quality. The pool is a good size and is very well maintained. The house is very quiet and the forest view is very relaxing. The house has three spacious bedrooms on one floor. Two of them have no air conditioning, only fans. We did not get hot, but in the ad this circumstance is not clear and I think it should be specified because in summer Jávea is very hot. The master bedroom does have air conditioning and a bathroom en suite. On the other hand, the garden is spacious but is much less cared for than what you see in the house listing. Despite these details, I would recommend Mane's house for a great vacation

7 of us (20 - 50year old females) have just returned from a lovely stay at this Villa and the experience was perfect. Lovely setting, lovely villa and just far enough out to be away from the madness of Benidorm but close enough to dip our toes in when we felt like it. Kevin the property manager was excellent and was on constant speed dial for taxis and everything and anything we needed. We had no issues at all and I would absoloutley return/recommend.

The villa was really clean, comfortable and stylish. We loved the terrace and the views. The pool was unheated so a little bit chilly for the time of year but there were plenty of different places to sit and enjoy the stunning views and the warm sunshine. The villa had everything we needed (except multiple sets of keys which were supplied when we asked for them). Just a note that we did not realise that two of the bedrooms were only accessed from outside the property-this did not matter as our party were all adults/teens but visitors with younger children may want to know that. Ani (the local host) was really welcoming, great at communicating, helping us know what to do and where to go, and answering our questions. We wish we could have stayed longer!

We had a wonderful family vacation in the house. It is nice and spacious and very neat. In terms of location, you have a nice view of Calpe and the villa is quietly located, which is very nice. The contact was always friendly and quick and they were very nice to think about the flexible check-in time in connection with our early flight time. Highly recommended!

It is hard not to fall in love with this spectacular property and the endearing Amparo. The house enjoys an absolutely spectacular setting and we loved everything about our stay here. It’s a really characterful property with lots of lovely, unique touches. We felt very fortunate to stay somewhere that’s such a part of a family legacy. The location was perfect for us. Cala Blanca is stunning and we loved our daily dip in the sheltered cove as well as being able to stroll to Arenal beach and its bars and restaurants. On Amparo’s recommendation we also hiked up and around to Creu del Portixol viewpoint and on to Cala Barraca/ Portixol cove. Nothing was too much trouble, Amparo shared lots of helpful recommendations of places to eat out too.

The group had the most amazing time at this villa in Denia. The house was incredibly well equipped with everything we needed and more. The photos honestly don’t do it justice as it’s even more beautiful in person. The outdoor space was absolutely stunning with plenty of room to relax, dine, and enjoy the sunshine. The host was really informative and helpful which made everything so easy. Denia itself is a beautiful place with so much to explore. We truly didn’t want to leave and can’t wait to come back.

Great place, you simply can’t beat the views. Lots of privacy. Alex was always quick to respond and he was super flexible for checkin in/out. 100% recommended.

We loved our month stay. The views were so beautiful. The house was very clean. And our communication with Jacqueline was great. She checked in on us and made sure that all was ok thru out our stay. Had a wonderful stay at this villa. It’s really modern, in a lovely location with a fantastic pool and outside space. The villa is a great size, and was spotlessly clean. The hosts were fantastic, greeting us even though our arrival wasn’t until late in the evening. Very friendly and responsive. Would highly recommend this villa, we had a fantastic break and would love you return again in the future

Very good and nice place! Yard is amazing! Victor is a great host, friendly and helpful. The space in rooms and yard on the foto looks a bit bigger than they actually are. Read carefully the description, it mentioned that you are not alone in the house, owner lives in other part of the house which is separate from guest part. But it was absolutely not a problem, we saw him only once or twice.

Loved our week in the house. The villa is superb, air-conditioned with all the comforts you can hope for. The pool is big, the water is hot. The garden is extremely well maintained, pleasant and flowered. Tere, the manager of the AirBnB, was very responsive. We had a light problem in the pool, she responded quickly to the problem by calling an electrician who came the same day and fixed the problem. All this accompanied by the beautiful weather of Spain made it a memorable trip!

WOW! The views are absolutely stunning! We spent 9 nights here and we wish we has booked longer. The villa was lovely and Johannes communication was excellent. Highly recommend.

We had a lovely stay, just be aware the place you pick the key up is quite a drive away. Everything was spotlessly clean. Stunning scenery. Restaurants are all a 15-20 minute drive away, due to its location.

We loved our stay at Gert's place. The surroundings are breathtaking and the home is stunning. We all felt right at home and had all of the things we needed, from extra dishes, to spare linens and pillows. This home is truly a home away from home. We would love to return soon!
