Holiday rentals with breakfast in Suffolk County

Connie was uncommonly hospitable, friendly, and helpful. I was set to arrive before the usual check-in time, and she allowed me to arrive early. She helped me carry my heavy bag upstairs and downstairs. She has breakfast items (yogurt, granola, milk, cereal, coffee) available. The room was charming and clean, as was the bathroom. The A/C works very well. I really enjoyed my stay and just chatting with Connie. The location is really great -- walking distance to Harvard and Porter squares and pretty close to the Porter T. I highly recommend her place!

The house was very clean and organized. Additional seating in the living room would be nice and kings beds instead of queen size beds would be better. They left snacks and bottle water for us to have which was appreciated, but we found open gallons of beverages and open food packages in the refrigerator. We also questioned the sign in the kitchen stating no cooking allowed. Honestly, that’s why we stay at Airbnb’s Overall, our stay was comfortable.

Christie’s place exceeded our expectations. The house was very clean and had all the amenities we needed, plus the free breakfast! The house is in a very peaceful neighborhood with nice restaurants around. It is also a short walk from the Quincy Center train station, so it was easy to travel to downtown Boston as well. Would definitely recommend this place!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at thomas’s place, and I can't recommend it enough! The house is perfectly located, making it easy to commute to Cambridge. Thomas was truly kind and accommodating, ensuring that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The room was cozy, and I was impressed with how clean everything was — the bathroom and shared spaces were spotless, which made for a pleasant experience. Hospitable host. Made sure breakfast was available every day. The place is beautiful, well decorated. It made me want to stay longer. Donnell is great to talk to, respectful of your privacy, and available if you need anything. I had a great time.

Absolutely beautiful and felt like home. My bedroom looked out over an enormous formal garden and the bay, with an easy walk to the "T". This will be my go-to place in Boston.

We traveled as a family of five adults and one 2 year old. This house was perfect for us. We appreciated how it was set up for small children. We felt instantly comfortable, and at home. Very convenient to stores, restaurants, and the T stops. Before arriving I had questions about urban living with a toddler and Sophia kindly answered promptly. Great home, great communication! Aaron’s place was exactly as described. Very homely and quaint. The hosts were very friendly and helpful! They were super responsive to the texts and someone was always there in the house if you needed anything. Would highly recommend staying here!!!

My family recently stayed for an extended weekend to attend a wedding. This Airbnb was a gem! Kim is a super responsive host, communicative, and checking in often on anything we may need/let us know recommendations, in addition to preparing welcome snacks/refreshments & breakfast items. My family was traveling also with young kids/toddlers and Kim made sure even our youngest felt the most welcome with toys and toddler conveniences. Great location if you are heading into Boston/Cambridge, Logan airport or to the North Shore. Easily walkable to the beach with great sunrise and sunset views. Would recommend staying here again & longer for our next stay!

I stayed at Mary’s Medford Studio while visiting my daughter at Tufts, and it was an absolute gem. The surrounding garden felt like a peaceful oasis, full of birds, chipmunks, and the occasional bunny — a perfect touch of nature. The studio is nestled in a charming, quiet neighborhood with easy and convenient street parking. Mary is the definition of a thoughtful and gracious host. Her care for both the property and her guests is clear in every detail. This truly stands out as a top-tier Airbnb experience!

Christian's place was exactly what we needed for the weekend while we spent the day in Salem. He responded quickly and was very helpful the whole weekend. I would definitely book again the next time I'm in Boston!

David & Jenny’s place was exactly as described. We felt welcomed there and their communication was top notch! We had an enjoyable stay and recommend them as hosts!

I used to live in the Boston area, and know what neighborhoods work well when I come back to visit. Watertown is one of them, with the 71 bus to Harvard Square, express bus to downtown Boston, and very nice surroundings reachable by bicycle (Blue Bikes) : Watertown, Belmont, Newton etc. --- so Patrick's location is great. The BnB itself works seamlessly, with Patrick upstairs and two other guests on the ground floor with me. A cleaner comes to tidy. All is provided. Patrick is always reachable. Arrival is easy with a code. Overall, exactly like a B and B is expected to work. Patrick also has full apartment available on the top floor that I would love to use when coming with others.

We had a great time here. The pantry and refrigerator were stocked so well we had everything we needed. The bus and train were close and easy to use. Thank you!

Very accommodating and friendly hosts, lovely yard with outdoor seating, clean, comfortable bed, quiet neighborhood, new washer/dryer, beautiful home, close to bus stop. Only negatives - very small bathroom that was not en suite and minimal breakfast options. We bought our own breakfast food and used the refrigerator. We eat very healthy food.

Amazing stay. Peter and Christy made me feel right at home immediately. The decor and layout of the place is phenomenal - so many beautiful pieces. Bed was comfortable and bus made it easy to get to Harvard square and Cambridge. Would stay again. Wish I could live there forever.

Kate was very friendly and responded quickly to texts/questions. She knows the area well, gave good recommendations for restaurants, etc and even drove us a couple times when it was raining. We were here for a graduation and were perfectly located close to BC and the law campus. The house and gardens were beautiful.

Staying at Myra’s beautiful home was one of the most joyful experiences in all my travels. Though far from family, I felt instantly welcomed into a space full of warmth and character. The house exudes timeless charm—book-lined rooms, plush couches, and sunlit corners that invite you to relax. My cosy single room was ideal—even for a tall guest just off a long flight from Australia—and I could happily have stayed much longer. Each morning began with a nourishing, delicious breakfast and truly exceptional coffee. Myra’s attention to detail and genuine care made every part of the stay feel special. Set in a peaceful neighbourhood just 15 minutes by car or 30 by train from the city, the location was perfect for both business and leisure. Once free of luggage (a taxi was ideal), I enjoyed the pleasant walk to Newton Centre and easy commute into town. This home radiates care, comfort, and quiet charm. I hope to return soon and enjoy another coffee in those bright, welcoming rooms.

Caroline is a wonderful host and the house is beautiful! She made us breakfast of our choice every morning and gave us many great suggestions. We also loved the location, it's a short bus ride to Harvard Square and transportation into the city. It is also walkable to a bodega and restaurants.
