The place was well worth it. I had easy access to the T and there is actually a lot of places you may need in walking distance.

Stayed for a few nights with my boyfriend and we were very comfortable. The space is perfect, bed was very comfy and we were close to a lot of things to do. I’d love if they’d upgrade their TV to something like Roku that provides streaming services but other than that we had a great stay.

Everything was lovely! Great location with loads to do nearby and easy to walk! Definitely easier to take the T and not worry about a rental car as we had to play musical cars a bit with parking restrictions and timeframes, but the host was very communicative and help us with spots. Definitely great for anyone wanting to explore the area!

I had a very pleasant stay at this Airbnb. The place was clean and tidy, located in a safe and quiet neighborhood. It was just a short walk to shops and restaurants, which was very convenient. I also appreciated being given the option for a late check-out. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay and would definitely recommend it to others!

Very close to mass transit and the T. The location was perfect for us. Very nice place and very responsive host -- immediate answers to questions. Beautiful and historic neighborhood, felt completely safe. Highly recommend and we would certainly stay again if we come back sometime in the future.

We loved staying in this spotless Airbnb only steps from Coolidge Corner, restaurants, shops and the T! The place was clean, comfortable and had super easy access from the private parking spot in back. Even though it's located in a busier spot, the street is tucked away and it was very quiet. Both my husband and I had to work while visiting so the large desk in the apartment was appreciated. Communication was easy and I received instant responses to my messages. Both of me kids are in college in Boston (BU and Boston Conservatory) and we will definitely stay here again. Thank you.

Maverick suite's biggest plus for us was the location, just a few steps from a family member and close to all amenities needed for a stay in Brookline. Rooms can vary by size, with the unit we stayed in on the second visit being spacious and sun lit. Bathrooms are small but clean and with quality shower, fan and heat. Beds are clean and comfortable. Had a little glitch getting the code to enter the building and unit, due to unclear instructions and one person on duty handling all of the units offsite. It took three tries to get clean towels and an extra coffee for our last day of our stay, however, they came through and made it easy. Will be staying agin for the location and positive stay. A repeat stay could have an incentive, would surely gain repeat stays.

Really enjoyed my stay here. It was honestly even cozier and more comfortable than the pictures suggest. Brookline is a wonderful neighborhood too.

My wife and I found this place last minute for our trip to Boston. The place operated more like a hotel than we expected, but worked out just fine for what we needed - very walkable neighborhood, close to coffee/stores/restaurants.

Great location and very responsive host! Like others have mentioned, the walls are thin and you can here footsteps overhead and the neighbors tv + music/conversations in the next room, but the other guests were respectful and we're not up all night and I didn't have a problem sleeping. There is also construction going on across the street but I was able to work an entire day from the room without any issues. Overall I would recommend this location as long as you aren't easily bothered by some noise. The location in Brookline is great. Very close to the T as well as a great coffee shop and restaurants.

1. Exactly as described in terms of physical space and location. 2. Was a hiccup in that Maverick (this is an agency you are renting from, not an individual) sent us to the wrong location with our first check-in instructions. It was a real pain, but Maverick resolved the issue quickly (thanks to an onsite mgr named Joe) and paid for our uber to the correct address, and offered a pro-rated rate for that first night. A major snafu, but imo it is more about how you handle those than avoiding them entirely. 3. If you are thinking of visiting Boston and don't want to feel packed/trapped in the city...Brookline is perfect...short taxi/uber/train/bus to most anywhere, but when you go back 'home' it's like being in the Upper West side or Georgetown...walkable, tony, quiet. 4. Fair value, as described. You'll be staying in what amounts to a 'hostel' albeit a very nice one.

I loved this space for my solo travel. It’s a small space, so definitely no more than two people. The location is great and is only a 10 minute walk to the T. I would definitely stay here again.
