Sugar Bowl and Donner Ski Ranch ski resorts are only two miles down the road. Boreal is just one exit away on highway 80. Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows and North Star are all about a 20-30 minute drive away (weather dependent) For rent is the bottom unit of the duplex
