Located in unincorporated Boulder county, this is a family-friendly spot and perfection for the skiing, running and bike enthusiasts. Surrounded by farms, 1 mile north of Coot Lake, 10 minutes from amazing mountain hikes, and 2 minutes from trails galore. Safe, quiet, cul-de-sac for the kiddos to ride their bikes or walk your pup. Amazing views and a quick drive to Boulder, Eldora, Longmont, and Gunbarrel. This cozy spot is within a spilt-level home and provides privacy as a separate unit.

Enjoy a private getaway for 2 with wood-burning stove (MUST bring firewood), indoor dining/cooking area with 2-burner propane stove (propane provided), sleeping loft, outdoor sitting area with propane gas grill. NO electricity or running water. Outdoor shower stall with two 5-gallon solar heated shower bags. Bring towels. Outhouse nearby. Bring food & ice. Well water provided from spigot at main cabin. Cot available UPON REQUEST in advance - prior arrival. NO CAMPFIRES OR USE OF ANY FIREPITS.

We are close to Golden Gate Canyon state park, where you can snowshoe, hike, mountain bike & more. 35 min to Boulder, 30 to Golden, 30 to Casinos in Black Hawk, 60 to DIA 3 restaurants, a liquor store, coffee shop and convenience store close by.
