The neat side apartment in our detached house is located near the center of Kangasala (0.5 km). Our apartment has two rooms, including a bedroom and living room, as well as a kitchenette and bathroom. Our apartment has dishes, a coffee and kettle, an induction stove, an oven, a microwave, a double bed, and a sofa bed. If necessary, extra mattresses are provided. There is a parking space for guests in the yard. Close to Grandpa Lake and great jogging terrain in Kirkkoharju. Great access to Tampere, bus approx. 30 min, stop 150m away.

The apartment is cozy and the area is peaceful. We're close to Lake Water, where you can enjoy the opportunities of different seasons. Kangasala is a beautiful place with lots of sights and things to do, as well as events. GREAT LOCATION, CENTER OF KANGASALA! Please take a closer look at the details and amenities of the apartment, as well as the "other things to consider"! Right next door to Vesaniemi Beach, and Avanto-Sauna (open from September)! A new, well-equipped log cabin built 2018 with a good access to the main roads and nearby cities. The cabin is located on a hill with a great view to a big lake. The cabin is surrounded by great berry forests, hiking trails and a lake rich in fish. In the cabin you have a wood burning sauna, a fireplace, a grill shelter, a hot tub and a boat. Winter time you can do cross-country skiing, downhill skiing, snowboarding, ice fishing and snowshoe trekking.The nearest ski center is in Sappee (30km)

Cozy and bright triangle in the center of Kangasala

Situated on the slope, bright, clean and well-equipped 3 h +k on the second floor of the house. The views from the windows are spectacular: the forest and lake scenery reflect the background. However, the apartment is located in the centre of Kangasala, whose services are all within walking distance. Parking is easy, for guests booked spots. The apartment is also well connected to Tampere, where buses run in about half an hour. You can travel in your own car in about 20 minutes.

The Airbnb is on a remote island in a lake, only to be reached by boat. No running water is available, so be aware that you will not have your daily morning shower (but a dip in the lake instead?), a water toilet or you can waste drinking water. Water for doing the dishes and "shower" comes from the lake, drinking water needs to be carried with you or has to be organized. The toilet is a classical outhouse. All this worked well for me, I even enjoyed this style of living for a few days. It gets you back to basics and makes you rethink or value your "normal" style of living. I especially enjoyed the absolute quietness with basically no human made sound. Hannu and Erja are two open-minded and kindhearted people, it was a joy to learn to know them. They let me use their sauna for free, we chatted, had a coffee together and just were good neighbors. I highly appreciate the opportunity they offer through Airbnb for living my dream of "a real Finnish experience". I would totally come back!

Ideal for a vacation with families. The house is in perfect condition, just as described in the listing. The area is very quiet and has easy access. Also Ulla was very kind to us and was pending since our arrival. Would recommend staying here.

Very atmospheric and high quality villa, where it was nice to have a family party with a larger group.The sauna gave soft steam, the bedrooms were spacious and the beds were soft. The combination of the living room- kitchen was wonderfully spacious and stylish. The kitchen was functional and everything was there. Warmly recommend to everyone for a relaxing holiday by the church of Kangasala.
