Monthly Rentals in Sujeong-gu

Apart from the smell of the bathroom sewer, the location was good, the sleep was good, and the ventilation was good, so there was nothing very uncomfortable. Even though there was private parking, I rested very comfortably before heading out.

Our stay at this lovely home was beyond expectations. Having a free designated parking spot made everything easier, especially with kids and luggage. The washer and dryer were a lifesaver — being able to clean the kids’ clothes right away made our trip so much more comfortable. The green view from the balcony was absolutely stunning — peaceful, refreshing, and even better than the photos. It was my favorite place to start the morning or unwind in the evening. Our children had such a great time too. They loved the toys provided and were so excited to sleep in the bunk bed, which felt like a little adventure on its own. The whole space was clean, cozy, and beautifully arranged. You can really feel the care and love that went into setting up this home. We instantly felt welcome and relaxed. If you're traveling with family, especially with young children, I wholeheartedly recommend this place. We would love to come back again!

It's my second visit, and the space is good and nice for the price!

Dj's place was very nice and convenient. It's very nice to catch the sunrise from the outdoor common area (which is right next to the apartment room). There are plenty of local buses that take you to the Pangyo subway station. The building is located conveniently to a Starbucks and other restaurants.
