Although it is a few meters from the city course, it can be reached by car right up to the door and it is easy to find parking, both paid and free. The accommodation is on one level, on the 4th floor of a building without an elevator, consolidated in 2015 and renovated in 2024. It enjoys a magnificent panorama overlooking the Majella National Park and the municipal gardens.

The villa is inhabited by the homeowners on the upper floor but they will be present mainly only for check-in and garden maintenance, while guests will have full privacy and autonomy of the ground floor.

Sulmona is a two-minute drive away and near the house is the Celestine Abbey, at the foot of Mount Morrone. Great starting point for visiting the Peligna Valley and the surroundings full of landscapes and picturesque villages.
