Our guest apartment was renovated in January 2025. Abtsgmünd is located on Federal Highway 19 in the Kocher Valley between Aalen and Schwäbisch Hall. In our original farmhouse surrounded by nature in the Swabian Forest, you can enjoy peace and quiet. Herb garden, wild herbs, magnificent forests. The vacation home for 7 guests can be rented with the seminar house barn (5 guests). In the barn there are 2 toilets, shower, kitchen and upstairs a shared bedroom. A fireplace provides cozy warmth. A projector and screen are provided. With all accommodation options (including apartment) we can accommodate 14 guests.

This stylish property is perfect for families, couples and pets. The location is wonderful for walking and cycling,climbing on the Rosenstein and excursions to Stuttgart, Schwäbisch Gmünd, Aalen and Heidenheim. Legoland and Schwabenpark are also not far away! There are two bedrooms, one with a 180 x 200 box spring bed and the other with a 140 x 200 box spring bed. The owners live on the ground floor! Towels, sheets and final cleaning are included!
