You will have access to a nice terrace and as we are placed at the edge of Kempten there are plenty options to do sports in nature or relax in walks. The bus line stops directly vis-à-vis our house and shopping possibilities are right around the corner. For insider tips in the area just ask! We use a camera at the entrance area for surveillance. Our house is situated in a quiet location in the southern suburb of Kempten. Our apartment can accommodate 2 – 4 people and has been newly renovated and furnished with love and care. The apartment is located on the garden level and has its own entrance and a large terrace. Close to shopping. Even toddlers cost €5 per night. This fee is due in addition when booking and will be charged by us by changing the booking.

Welcome to our appartment on Rottachsee in Petersthal. The appartment has two rooms with about 71 sqm. The whole living area is designed with wooden floors . A well-equipped fitted kitchen with hob , oven, fridge, coffee machine, etc. is available. We recommend the arrival by car, since the nearest train station is about 8 km away and there is no public transport on site!

The cozy 1-room apartment is about 25 square meters, has a living-bedroom and a bathroom with shower/toilet. It was newly renovated in 2022. There is no separate kitchen, so there is no cooking facility, but refrigerator, coffee maker, crockery and kettle.
