Erdgeschosswohnung In der Beschreibung steht, dass es sich um einen gemeinsam genutzten Pool handelt. Er wird ab und zu, von uns selbst benutzt. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, den Pool jeden Tag, für mehrerer Stunden zu reservieren. Ihr habt einen eigenen Zugang zum Pool von der Wohnung! Ab Frühsommer 2026 gibt es eine exklusive Sauna, diese kann optional gebucht werden. Rauchen ist nur im Freien erlaubt!! Haustiere sind erlaubt aber bitte VOR der Buchung abklären und in der Anfrage angeben.

Very nice, cozy and stylishly furnished apartment in the new building. The 81 sqm apartment is on the ground floor and has a separate entrance. There is an open living and dining area with kitchen, two bedrooms and a large bathroom. The apartment is located in an idyllic small town with beautiful walking paths, vineyards and Lake Aalkistensee, which can be reached on foot. The bus stop, a train station, bakery and small farm shops are also within walking distance.

Alternative to the hotel (SAP, Heidelberger Druckmaschinen, MLP). The apartment is furnished, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, dishes, pots... if anything is missing, just let us know. We'll get almost anything. We want you to feel comfortable.

So if you're looking for supermarkets, bars, etc., you're unfortunately not in the right place. But you get peace and quiet here. On two floors are two bedrooms, a living room with fully equipped kitchen, a tasteful shower room (incl. towels) and a living room were created. From the living room in the attic and one of the bedrooms you can see the forest and the Mühlbach (Zaber) splashes directly past the house.
