A perfect villa for a peaceful getaway in the sun. Lovely outdoor space and comfortable accommodation. It’s a short walk to the shops and about a 20 min walk to the beach and the old town.

You feel at home, it is comfortable and despite being surrounded by a lot of atmosphere, once you go up to the apartment you are isolated from noise, the air conditioning is great for those hot days, the location is great, you have the port and the fish market a stone's throw away and the beaches, depending on which one you like, there are several, small or large, also very close. Finally, a very good price for the quality of the accommodation.

The place is way better than the pics. Imaculate place, super clean, really quite, no noise, great swimming pool, easy parking. We were 5 people and we had enough space for everybody. 2 good rooms and splendid bathroom. Segundo is a really good host always responds quick, he gives clear and straight instructions, he makes goods suggestions and obviously he knows the area pretty well. 100% recommended. We will repeat without any doubt.

It's a lovely area, it's in a residential neighborhood, so you'll meet a lot of locals. It's definitely not an area for people with walking difficulties, but very charming. Marlena and Gøran are very sweet and helpful.

We had two great weeks in Cullera and apartment was fantastic. Super nice view, quiet, equipped with everything and morning sun. You absolutely need a car to get to the apartment and can park there. You drive down the mountain and are immediately at a very nice beach, and in five minutes you are at the Consum supermarket. It is fifteen minutes to the station in Cullera, where a train to Valencia leaves every half hour. Public transport is practically free, you can't compete with that. There is a very nice hiking trail of about 14 km behind the apartment over the mountain and this also passes the castle in Cullera. At the bottom of the mountain on the left and then 10 minutes walk are the restaurants Benavent and Mare e Monti, in Cullera center is Desi and further south by the river is Casa Salvador. Fantastic stay! We had an incredible time with the family. Ideal for going with children for the convenience of being literally right on the beach. A very nice, practical house with wonderful views. Everything is easy and simple with Manuela, very kind. We'll try to come back for sure!

Great stay. A short walk to town but both a hotel restaurant and GastroBar are almost on the doorstep. Immediately next door is a tennis court that can be rented from a lovely neighbour.

There were 10 of us celebrating a birthday down here. Spacious luxury house directly on the beach. Large pool and several areas where you could pull away if you needed to work or have a quiet moment. Andrea and her husband were so nice and quick to respond and fix if there was any thought. Tasteful, luxurious and thoughtful with all modern touches as well as technical solutions. A dream home I would like to have for family and friends. Villa Thorodin gets 5 stars.

The excellent location and the wonderful penthouse, just as it was in the photos and descriptions. We liked it a lot, we will definitely return if we come to Denia again.

Everything was very nice - like in paradise . The private entrance to the sea was breathtaking with the views together. The pool was very clean and warm (heat pump used ). We were even brought some groceries upon arrival:) Thanks again for that. The response was always very quick and understandable. There is a lot of shopping in the area - but a car would be beneficial for the stay Parking is possible in the house own garage

An excellent luxury apartment, super comfortable, spacious, very beautiful decoration and with an exemplary view. It has everything, it is very well equipped and it is super comfortable and quiet. The truth is that this place is one of the best experiences..... the people who welcomed my group and me, super good, kind people and above all very attentive to always respond to what we needed. Finally, it is great, it deserves a 1000 out of 10

This apartment really is a very good place to stay. I cant say something bad about it. Everything about this wen smooth except for the entrance in the apartment that you have to type the code every time. for us it was definitely a 5 star stay.

The host was great, polite, helpful, and super friendly. She responds right away. The apartment was super clean and has everything you need, elevator in premise. The views were amazing to the pool and the beach. 5 min walk to the beach walk in distance to many places, stores and restaurants. We wish we stayed more days. Great stay at Villa Louisa. We had travel issues and arrived around 1am the following day instead of 10am the day we were meant to arrive. No issues checking in so late and very well communicated on how to get in the villa. Very accommodating with requests for our arrival, with heating the pool prior to arrival, Cot/high chair, towels etc. We had a great stay, very clean and everyone thought it was a top villa! Will certainly be back and using the team for future bookings.

Absolutely gorgeous apartment in a quiet part of town. The apartment is exactly as described and the view from the balcony is absolutely perfect. The location was perfect for us too, we wanted to be able to go on a night out but did not want to be surrounded by hen dos and stag dos so Xabier’s place was perfect. Had the best time chilling on the balcony or on the beach. A few lovely little restaurants nearby but also a short bus or taxi ride to more choices in town. The garage was an added bonus to park the car on busy days (there is parking outside but it gets busy at the weekend) Finally, Xabier was extremely friendly and accommodating, particularly around checking out time. This was really kind of him and meant our last day was perfect!

The house is as shown in the photos. Very well cared for, comfortable and beautiful. The beachfront location is unbeatable. You can walk to good restaurants and there are supermarkets a few minutes away by car. The outdoor area with the barbecue and lawn area is also very nice. The beach is very long and you can take long walks. Highly recommended to spend a few days with friends or family.

Maria's place is in a great spot in town with access to everything you could want. The home itself is well appointed and feels very homey. Our family of 4 including 2 small children were very comfortable.

An absolute gem in the heart of Jávea Port - unbeatable sunrise views to wake up to everyday, and the apartment itself is gorgeous. Located above lots of great restaurants & short walk to supermarkets, however you still feel tucked away in your own little sanctuary. Absolutely loved my stay & will definitely be back ☺️ Inge was a perfect host, as flexible as possible with check in/ check out & very helpful with recommendations - thanks again!

The stay was super nice. Daiana was very nice to us and sent a dossier before the stay, which was very helpful, for example, for bus trips or taxis. In addition, she responds very quickly and also answers questions about the environment and other small things. The way to Valencia is very good and without changes thanks to the bus line in the village. The well-equipped kitchen can be used very well to cook for yourself. The location on the beach is great, you can hear the sea rushing and can take beautiful walks on the promenade. Overall, the accommodation is perfect for a vacation for two. We enjoyed the time very much and may come back.😁☺️

this place is absolutely beautiful we loved it so much it was hard to leave the apartment. Conors had everything to make our stay comfortable. The kitchen was equipped with all needed to make a meal. Really a beautiful place and so comfortable.

We had an excellent stay in Oliva. The apartment was fantastic, practically on the beach. We stayed for a month and had everything we could need to feel at home. Lovely and clean, modern and no faults. And everything is true to the pictures. The balcony is the star of the show. Fantastic. Highly recommend and would definitely visit again. Thank you so much 😊

Picture's don't do it justice! just back from a glorious week in Jàvea. perfect for our family which was my partner, myself, eldest daughter (25) her boyfriend, youngest daughter 19 and son 18. The accommodation lay out was perfect with plenty of space, including a huge open plan kitchen (very well equipped) and dining room which was more than big enough to accommodate us all. great outdoor seating areas catching the sun most of the day. pool was great and plenty of loungers/seating. very quiet location and great view's. plenty of local bars/restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance and we found plenty to do within a short drive. need to travel to find good beaches. Julie was great,very helpful and excellent communication. A water leak caused us to loose the water supply one evening but very promptly sorted and great communication regarding the issue. as stated in a previous review take extra towels for the pool as only 1 per person provied. 100% recommend
