Holiday rentals with beach access in Sumartin

This location was PERFECT. Just a few minutes walk from the ferry and centrally located to everything, including a luggage storage shop and ferry ticket office directly downstairs! Tomislav was extremely responsive, flexible and helpful. Beautiful, clean space and location, I highly recommend it!

We had a fantastic stay at Dana's apartment! It was perfect - beautiful views, comfortable, stylish, and we felt right at home. Only steps from the beach, a giant bowl of fruit to welcome us, extremely comfortable beds, great little balcony as well as a terrace for sunning with an equally wonderful view. There are even loungers you can take to the beach if you want. I did not want to leave! Dana and her daughter were wonderful and they were very flexible on check-out, which we very much appreciated. I can't wait to go back. Would definitely stay again - well worth the price.

Our vacation in Pisak was wonderful, also due to the beautifully located apartment. Several small beaches are immediately and quickly accessible on foot. They were not very frequented and surrounded by beautiful rocks and trees. Simply fantastic. The water was crystal clear and shimmered turquoise blue. The apartment was very clean and well maintained. There was also no shortage of necessary equipment. Mario surprised us with a plate of ham and cheese and a bottle of wine. Thanks to the air conditioning, the temperatures were fine at night, you should just make sure to always leave the door to the bedroom wide open, as the device is in the hallway. A mosquito net is only on the bedroom window, a mosquito door to the balcony, would be a small suggestion. It was an unforgettable stay that we can only recommend!

Jozo was an excellent host and you can clearly see the love that he’s poured into Love Hvar’s penthouse. Every detail is thought of and takes advantage of the space perfectly. Additionally the space is spotless and well kept. It’s a great location and walkable to all of Hvar town. Thanks, Jozo for an amazing stay.

Wow! First of all, the house is right next to the sea with a gorgeous patio and breathtaking views. You enter through a stunning garden, up a few steps to the terrace with the garden view and then enter to a spacious, airy space that has nice decor and everything you need. Beautiful beaches are just steps away. Walk around the corner to the harbor and a choice of restaurants, ice cream shops, and coffee shops. Postira is a charming, historic, clean island village. I would absolutely visit again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

we were very satisfied, Iris and Iris's family were all very friendly and accommodating. The accommodation is very close to the beach. It was clean. Quiet too. Balcony with a view of the sea and sun ☀️ all day long. The apartment has everything you need to live. We had better internet than at home. Josip and his dad were great hosts. Josip answered very quickly to every question we had and his dad was there and took care of us, Josip's dad was very helpful even took us to the bus stop when we were leaving. There was a lot of fruit, wine and beer as a welcome. During our stay we got a treat from the hosts, delicious cakes with ice cream and homemade alcohol. Great hosts. The place itself is beautiful, wonderful balcony with an amazing view almost immediately at the promenade and beach, maybe 1 minute walk to the water. In the apartment everything you need. I can recommend this apartment to everyone.

We spent an incredible 6 nights here. The views are out of this world. We loved the easy access to Sveta Nedilja's small but beautiful beach just below the house. The property has so many options for outside seating and lounging, and every corner is as beautiful as the next. We also loved the local restaurant, a 2 minute walk away! Marija is a wonderful, warm and kind host who made us feel so welcome. We cannot recommend this place highly enough!

Great place to stay, comfy room and nice owner

We had a great time at this villa which was just beautiful!!! Everything was perfect, the beauty of the house, the pool, the environment (view between the mountain and the sea, you can't get enough of it!). We were hosted very well, everything was explained to us upon arrival. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. In addition, there are beautiful coves nearby! I will come back without hesitation!!!!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house in Kozica! Everything about it was perfect — from the peaceful location surrounded by nature to the thoughtful design and comfort of the home itself. The house was spotless, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a relaxing and memorable holiday. Ivan was incredibly welcoming and helpful, always available if we needed anything but also gave us complete privacy. You can tell a lot of care and love went into creating this space — it's even better than the photos! If you're looking for a quiet retreat in the Croatian countryside this is the place to be. The apartment is consistent with the photos, very clean and tastefully furnished, very cute. The view from the terrace is just incredible, it took my breath away!!! Tihana is very responsive to the slightest request and sent us a long message full of good recommendations. We were greeted by her parents who are adorable! We had a wonderful stay at their place, I recommend it without hesitation. I fell in love with this apartment when I saw the photos, it was even better in real life. You still need to be transported because the house is on the heights, but easy to access, with parking space!! In short, happiness!!! Excellent stay at Yvan's. The couple gave us a warm welcome. Available for any of our requests. We really enjoyed the location of the studio, which was very clean and tastefully furnished. A few stairs from the beaches, restaurants and shops. It was a real pleasure. Ready to come back! We highly recommend it.

Our stay at Mireja's was fantastic, and we didn't want to leave! Mireja was so welcoming, and all the information before we arrived was very helpful to plan our trip, even video instructions of how to get to the location and local attractions. Very peaceful and private, with a view of Mireja's beautiful garden and the sea - bliss! We had plenty of everything we needed, even thoughtful touches like umbrellas and beach towels. Since we were travelling for a while, it was really useful to have use of a washing machine and drying space outside. It felt like home, and was put together thoughtfully. The location was perfect, quiet in the evening and only a short walk from beaches, grocery shops, cafes and restaurants, and the centre. We would stay again in a heartbeat if we are lucky enough to return to Hvar!

Such a gorgeous air bnb! We really enjoyed our stay here. Only a 30 minute bus from the city centre, you really can’t beat this location. The hosts were very nice and accommodating. Definitely reccomend.

Fabulous apartment in a great location with an amazing and memorable view. Apartment is comfortable with great amenities. Everything’s well thought out. Great bedding, plenty of towels, hooks, laundry detergent, soap, shampoo, and a bottle of wine! The espresso machine was fantastic! He met us at the ferry dock and helped us carry our luggage up the stairs. Perfect stay! Highly recommend! The view from the apartment balcony is the best!

Great comfortable apartment within walking distance of the beautiful city of Split.

Maya, her son, and father are amazing!!! Very friendly and accommodating. We spent the most time here during our 2 week Euro trip. Fantastic views from the balcony and a great place to relax with lounge chairs and a table to eat at. Right on the water with a great walk down to the shore where you can jump right into the sea! Space was modern, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom was SO nice. By far the nicest bathroom of anywhere we stayed. Maya's father took us out on his boat with his beagle. It was amazing. He knew the best spots, shared cool information/stories. It was a very authentic/non touristy experience. Maya let us borrow snorkel gear and that was beyond awesome because we snorkeled in the sea by the house but also on our boat trip which was truly special. She also provided homemade olive oil which was divine. WONDERFUL experience and stay.

We really enjoyed our stay and agree that the balcony is the best place to enjoy coffee in the morning and the sunsets in the evening. Loved being able to quickly walk into town but also being away from the crowds a bit. The views were amazing, the apartment space was huge and we loved having a washing machine to do laundry. Ericka and her husband were so helpful with suggestion of where to eat and places to walk, to the amazing reference book in the apartment. Would definitely choose the apartment when in town!

Marco’s place in Hvar was my absolute favorite stay during our trip to Croatia! His home is beautiful, in a fantastic location, and offers stunning views. Beyond the lovely accommodations, Marco went above and beyond—he introduced me to some amazing skincare products from his local shop. I had developed a skin irritation from too much sun, and the cream he recommended worked wonders. This place is definitely on our return list—I will be back!

Great location, perfect for a short stay! The property is only about a 10 minute walk from the city center, ideal for easy access to restaurants, bars and attractions. The surroundings are lively, but still quiet enough to relax. The apartment was very clean and well appointed. It really had everything you need for a short stay. Absolutely recommended!
