Hruška is the largest of the cottages, the bedroom upstairs is complemented by another sleeping loft, which children will love. Generous open space, larch, birch, a proper kitchen with a fireplace and a terrace, what more do you need… The cottage is ideal for a 4-member family, but it can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people. We built the cottages with love, with an emphasis on minimalist modern design, in harmony with nature. Located above the beautiful Šumava valley. Come and enjoy the comfort and tranquility with a magnificent view of the surrounding hills.

Apartment 28 in Zadov with views of nature

Enjoy the quiet and relaxing environment of Šumava in our cozy 1 + kk apartment with a terrace in Zadov with a wonderful view of nature, a short walk from the ski slope. The apartment's amenities include a fully equipped kitchenette with a coffee maker, a bathroom with a shower, a double bed, 2 stackable single beds, a dining table with benches, a TV and Wi-Fi. The apartment provides comfortable accommodation for up to 4 people, ideal for families or active couples. Parking is available right next to the building.

Bavarian Forest Chalet Kaitersberg with sauna and garden

We have been building and tinkering for a long time, and now it is finished: Our vacation chalet in the middle of the most beautiful Bavarian Forest. A cottage where we like to vacation ourselves: a large living room with a comfortable couch, cozy corner bench and a fully equipped kitchen. Solid wood beds from the carpenter with premium mattresses. Two spacious bathrooms with rain showers and a sauna for the gray days. And in summer, a large garden with mountain views, sun loungers and a grill all to yourselves.

Chalet Heart³

The newly built wooden chalet was completed with a lot of love for detail in March 2024. It was built in a modern style and meets the highest energy requirements. The path from your own parking space, through the house, to the covered veranda with new, electrically heated hot tub was designed at ground level. Inside you can make yourself comfortable with the wood-burning stove and your own sauna (free of charge). The National Park cycling path and beautiful hiking trails are within walking distance.

Budka Kapradí / Birdhouse the Fern

Modřínový mini domek je vybaven luxusní matrací s mušelínovým povlečením, minikuchyňkou, splachovací toaletou a repasovanou vintage vanou na nožičkách. Na terase najdete sezení s pohovkou, křeslem a houpací sítí. Grilovat můžete ve venkovní kuchyňce na elektro grilu. Kapradí je jedním ze tří minidomků v naší lesní oáze. Jsme na okraji města a přitom hned vedle lesa. O snídani je postaráno, v ledničce budou dobroty od místních pěstitelů a farem. Rádi poradíme tipy na procházky i jídlo.

Apartment 17 Zadov for active guests

Apartment in the heart of Šumava in the village of Zadov / Stachy. Fully equipped for three adults (or 2 adults and two children). Skiing, cross-country skiing, hiking, cycling in beautiful nature. Pleasant sitting on your own balcony with a view of the valley. Restaurants nearby. Own cellar for storing skis, bicycles. Access to common areas (bike room, ski room). Free parking in the allocated space in front of the building entrance. The apartment is equipped with bed linen and towels.

At the Bavarian Forest National Park

Relax after an active day in the national park with the whole family in this rustic and cozy place to stay on the edge of the forest. Throughout the year, the nature of the Bavarian Forest invites you to explore it. Hiking trails are right at your doorstep. Extended tours are just as possible as Nordic walking, snowshoeing in winter, or easy walks. Look for mushrooms in the fall and enjoy the snow in the winter. Cross-country ski trails are on site when there is sufficient snow.

Yary yurt

Cena je pro 2 osoby. Za každou další osobu se doplácí 10€/den. Maximální počet hostů 4. Součástí yurty je wellness, které se doplácí na místě ( 20€/den) Nebojte po rezervaci se vám včas ozveme a veškeré doplňkové služby si potvrdíme. Užijte si nádherný výhled na rybník přímo z yurty. Kolem Vás bude pobíhat stádo oveček. Objekt je oplocen. Kdyby Vám cokoli chybělo, lze využít služby zavedeného penzionu, který je od yurty “pár” kroků, ale i přesto se budete cítit jako na samotě.

Maringotka GlamBee

Užijte si pobyt v klidném prostředí naší maringotky se včelkami, obklopeni nádhernou přírodou na okraji CHKO Brdy a relaxujte v naší soukromé sauně. Nádherná krajina v okolí pod maringotkou se přezdívá "Pod rybníčky". V těsné blízkosti uvidíte pole, rozlehlé louky a lesy. Velká dominanta krajiny jsou kamenné stěny z nedalekého lomu, který určitě stojí za návštěvu. Západně od maringotky se nachází prostor starého zemědělského družstva, které má nádech tajuplna.

TinyHouse Wild West

Zažij svobodu divokého západu! Tiny House Wild West stojí přímo nad rybníkem uprostřed pastvin, kde se krávy volně toulají a klid ruší jen praskání ohně. Uvolni se v horkém sudu s masážním systémem, vykoupej se v rybníku nebo si zkus chytit vlastní rybu. Opálené dřevo, vůně přírody a naprosté soukromí – tady jsi jen ty, příroda a svoboda. A kdyby ti jeden rybníček byl málo. 100 metrů na jihozápad najdeš další rybníček uprostřed divočiny.

LIPAA home & free parking

Vítám Vás v tomto prostorném a klidném ubytování. Domeček se nachází v zahradě plné květin, stromů, jahodníků, hortenzií, motýlů a zpěvného ptactva. Sdílet s námi budete zahradu. Milujeme zvířata, přírodu a psíka Pátka, který u nás bydlí. LIPAA je 3 minuty od autobusového nádraží. Do centra seběhnete z kopce za necelých 10 minut. Parkování je v ceně, městská daň 50,-Kč / os./ den.

Our chats

Our cottage is located in a semi-secluded forest by the Stropnice River. Although it may not look like it at first glance, there are neighbors nearby, but they are not visible from the cottage. Enjoy sitting by the crackling fireplace with a book and a cup of tea or breakfast on the terrace. There is no wifi in the cottage, so enjoy the time spent together.
