Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Summerlin, Las Vegas

We had a fantastic stay at Isa’s beautiful home in Las Vegas! The house itself is spacious, stylish, and very well-kept, located in a quiet and safe neighborhood that made us feel right at home. One of the highlights was definitely the pool—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city! Isa was incredibly responsive and kind throughout our stay, always quick to answer any questions we had, which we really appreciated. The location was ideal—just a short 15-minute Uber ride to the Strip, making it super convenient while still offering a peaceful retreat from all the action. That said, we truly enjoyed our time at Isa’s and would absolutely stay again. Thank you for a great Vegas Vacation!

Just enjoyed a family getaway in Vegas at this property. There were 10 of us, and there was plenty of room - inside and poolside! While the water was still too cold to swim, we definitely enjoyed soaking up the sun out on the back patio. We Ubered to the strip every afternoon - a 10-15 minute ride - for fancy dinners and shows. Would definitely stay here again!

This home had everything a Mom of 6 needed to survive a weekend. 😜 The kids utilized the pool everyday and I was able to get a much needed tan. 🙌 There were food spots everywhere and supermarkets very close as well. The beds were very comfy and there was an extra bed for the little ones to sleep near me. Our family has made amazing memories here. Thank you for providing a great home! 🫶

This was a lovely house and exactly as pictured. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. We were pretty close to the strip which is always great. The backyard was our favorite place to hang out. We enjoyed the spa and the pool the entire trip. Mike was very helpful. We received quick responses with immediate resolutions to our issues. We all enjoyed our stay. We would definitely come back to this location.

Perfect house for our family of 8. Every one had their own rooms and space to spread out. It was 100+ degrees so the pool was essential. Easy drive to everything we wanted to do on the strip and downtown. Safe and quiet neighborhood. Host was awesome! Very helpful and responsive. Sent us incredible donuts! Would stay again when in Vegas!

process was easy, simple rules, perfect location. Room was as expected, great view from PH window. Quiet and peaceful sleep considering it’s only like a block away from strip, also being able to walk indoors to the strip is great to avoid the summer heat.

The resort is beautiful and quiet. We liked being able to park in the garage with close proximity to the elevators. We stayed in building 1 facing the pool. The room was nice with a comfortable bed, linens, and pillows. We loved having a washer and dryer in the condo so we could wash our clothes before traveling. We were in town for a family wedding so this was a great place to come back to for some peace and quiet.

Amazing View! Beautiful room! Bathroom was huge ! Definitely will be booking again when in Las Vegas !

We will be going back for sure! Great place to relax off the strip but a quick walk, shuttle, or uber to everything.

Our stay at MGM Signature was nothing short of spectacular! The location is 1 block away from the strip, right in the middle, very walkable to either end! The room was spotless and beautiful. The view from the balcony was stunning! The bed was so comfortable, and the jacuzzi was perfect to ease sore muscles from walking! Every worker, whether it be the front desk, barista, bartender, cleaning crew, or valet were so kind! I feel like I hit the lottery with Kimia’s place!

Pools are nice and overall condo was good! However the location is a bit further from the Strip than what we expected. Ed was very friendly and responsive, thank you Ed!

Very nice place looking exactly like on the pictures, maybe even better. Colleen’s communication was always very friendly and she was really helpful. The area is absolutely walkable from the city center.
