Room with kitchenette, 25 square meters. Bathroom with shower. One double bed (120 cm wide) as well as sofa bed for 2 people. The property is maximum for 2 adults, but there is also room for 2 small children. Kitchenette equipped with hob, fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee maker. TV and Wifi. Towels and bed linen included. You will also have access to the laundry room located in the main building. We charge a cleaning fee of SEK 200 for bedding, etc. However, we expect you to do a fine cleaning before you check out.

Bedlinen and towels are included you do not need to bring your own. Parking directly outside is included. You can store your skis or bicycles in a locked space, if you wish. Approximately 800 meters to Lugnet's outdoor area with cross country tracks, bathhouse, bike trails and Dalarna college. 3 min drive to the city center and grocery stores.

Alpine or cross-country skiing in close driving proximity.

Gammelgården

Gammelgården is located in a nice village called Övermyra/Österberg, 2 km east of Storvik. Distance to nearby towns is Sandviken 13 km, Kungsberget 18 km, Gävle 36 km. Bus stop 4 min walk. The timber house is in Ottsjö Jämtland and was saved from being torn down when it was moved here. The interior design is unique with Swedish historical furniture and objects. Cozy cottage of 27 sqm with newly renovated bathroom and kitchen and porch of 29 sqm with magnificent view of Lake Siljan. The cottage is located on our own plot (5,000 sqm) in the nice village of Sunnanäng, Leksand. The village is located along Siljan, by car it takes 4 minutes to Leksand Sommarland, 8 minutes to central Leksand and equally close to Tällberg.
