Far Far Away in Hulu Langat is a hidden gem that my family and I absolutely loved. It’s very eco-friendly and the villa offers a serene escape from city life. The spacious villa, crafted by hosts Terry and Yati, features recycled wood furniture and is surrounded by fruit trees like durian and mangosteen. The absence of air-conditioning is hardly noticed, thanks to the cool, fresh air and thoughtful design. We enjoyed the private saltwater infinity pool, perfect for both kids and adults. The outdoor kitchen and BBQ area made family meals delightful, and the large balcony provided stunning views of the rainforest. We spent quality time together—playing games, chatting, and simply relaxing. The villa comfortably accommodates up to 16 guests, with additional mattresses available for larger groups. Last but not least, Terry and Yati were exceptional hosts, ensuring our stay was comfortable and memorable. Thank you for the great experience!

We stayed at Lereng Tanah for Raya 2025. It was our maiden attempt at destination raya, and I would say we chose the perfect place for it. There were ample rooms and beds for all of us. The kitchen was not just huge but also fully equipped. The living hall was spacious and comfy, and thats where we had our solat raya berjemaah complete with khutbah by yours truly :) The night before raya, we had our rewang where we cooked all sorts of food for raya. And being in Hulu Langat also means that we could drive out and get lemang to go with our 3 types of rendang! And thank you for the pool table and board games; nice touch. All in all, the whole family thoroughly enjoyed the stay at Lereng Tanah and the idea of destination raya. We left on Raya day 2, heading to each family unit's next raya destination from Kelantan to Pahang to Johor, with our hearts full, bellies even fuller and the hopes to return. Host communicates well. The place was clean and in a good location. There are a couple malls within a short walk, KFC, Starbucks, donuts, etc. The condo is small but set up nice, with a big clean fridge. The aircon works really well, and the air is clean. The shower has nice hot water.
