What a wonderful week we had on 30A. The condo was perfect, clean, looks exactly like the photos- its proximity to the big chill, beaches (using the golf cart ) and nearby towns was priceless! It was quiet and peaceful and exceeded our expectations, The beds and pillows were comfortable, clean and perfectly white- The condo was spacious and could accommodate two families easily- We will definitely book Haven on 30a again. It was the perfect vacation, perfect for families- ( there’s a crib in the closet and fans for white noise) Thank you for opening your home for others to enjoy the unique life of 30a!!

Had an amazing stay here for Spring Break! The house was exactly how it looked in photos and was very clean. Comes stocked with cooking utensils, pans, plates, wine glasses, cups (but no to-go thermoses for coffee), baking pans, etc. The community is across the street from the Big Chill which is great for the kiddos to run around but to be honest the food was pretty underwhelming for the price but I guess they have a captive audience. Panhandle management was super responsive and friendly. The golf cart made it easy to get around and had some free parking passes for use. Tip for those thinking of booking this Airbnb: the house comes with beach chairs and bikes so you don’t have pack your own from home. We would definitely book again!!

We had another great stay on 30A. Our first at this particular property, though we LOVE Prominence. Their amenities and location are hard to beat!

We really enjoyed our stay! We love this neighborhood and have stayed in other units previously. The place was clean and well taken care of. It’s definitely lacking compared to our other stays in 30A in regards to what it offers like baby supplies, kitchen supplies, etc. They supply starter items for bathrooms and kitchen and that was plenty for us. They have some beach supplies (some of which we bought and left) and bikes so that was great! If you come prepared with all that you’ll need, then it’s a lovely stay.

We loved our stay! The location was great and it was just as the pictures portrayed. We will definitely book this unit again! We love Prominance and the entire experience with this property!

The condo is very convenient to the public beach access. The beach access wasn’t very crowded . It was perfect for a beach stay

Beautiful place .We loved everything about it!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was beautifully decorated and felt like home. Beds were also comfortable. Only bummer was cell reception (Verizon) was basically nonexistent but that’s not the hosts fault.

This Condo was very nice and clean. My Family and I felt right at home and loved the place! Would highly recommend this Condo to anyone of my Family and Friends! This Condo was located in close proximity to everything and the Golf Cart was a very nice added bonus , we took it everywhere

We had a great time with our family here! The home was clean and exactly as described. Loved the pool area and how convenient it was to walk over. The beach was a very short walk as well. If I had a complaint it would be that the home didn’t have a broom and we requested one but never got one. But overall we loved it!

WOW, we loved the privacy this property provided! We brought our grown children and friends along and we couldn’t be more pleased with everything. We loved the cleanliness, convenience and the owner’s attention to details. Jodey was extremely quick to respond to anything we needed. We will plan to stay here every single time we visit the area! We had a wonderful stay here! This place is very clean and exactly as described. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and gave us great recommendations on things to do. It is in a very convenient location and just a short walk to the community pool. The golf cart is a nice addition and made getting around extremely easy! Highly recommend.

Fantastic place. Absolutely perfect for our small family get together. Everybody has their own rooms and bathroom. It was simply perfect!

Perfect place for our family vacation. Being on the beach was so worth it!

The resort is big. The villa itself is a bit of a walk from the beach but it is walkable and there is a crosswalk to cross the street to get over. There are also trams that pass by every couple minutes that will take you to the beach. The lagoon pool was amazing, the beach was gorgeous, the drinks at the bar were really good. Everything was great. Will be back soon.

Great place to stay especially for the price! It is just like the pictures but just fyi there are a lot of stairs. Parking is very tight like it mentions but the overflow parking was nice to have! I would definitely stay again.

Great vacation spot. Perfect for family’s and very pet friendly. The host was very responsive and everything was spotless, worth every penny. The golf cart was a huge bonus and really just made the trip super convenient! Will definitely be heading back.

Got this place for my sisters 16th birthday and it was a blast!! It was so clean and the perfect distance from the beach. Will definitely be booking again in the future.

Overall great stay. I had issues with the direct tv. The remote was not working to change the channel. It wasn’t really a big deal bc we didn’t spend too much time indoors but was a little inconvenience when the kids wanted to watch something other than Netflix in the evenings. This was our second time staying at this location (previously @ a different unit) and the amenities are top notch. The Big Chill 30a right across the street is great in the evenings.

Everything we needed for a lovely vacation on 30a. Working with Panhandle was easy, quick and efficient. Great location and neighborhood- close to everything!

Lydia was a wonderful host! She was very responsive and truly cares about every person staying in her home. The location is absolutely perfect, especially with little kids. Unfortunately the beach is mostly privately owned by the beach front properties but the lake was a hit with our family! The shuttle will take you to another beach which was great!

We’ve been to 30A multiple times and this was our best trip yet! The location is everything!!! We absolutely loved it and enjoyed our home too. I would highly recommend this space to anyone!
