Center Station on the 1st floor of the "Les Cîmes" residence, premium location for shopping and skiing access. This 26 m2 apartment with balcony is composed of a small closed bedroom with a 140 cm bed and 1 of 90 cm above. It has a living room with a sofa bed, (2 people) an open and equipped kitchen. The bathroom is equipped with a shower. The apartment has a ski room on the ground floor and an underground parking space in the nearby "Le Paillaret" residence

2-room apartment for 2 people, located in the Terre De Haut residence. A ski trail connects the residence to the area, allowing you to return on skis when there is sufficient snow. The rest of the year, it's the ascent of Puy de Sancy! With stunning views of the resort, Puy de Sancy and the Cantal Mountains, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. Baby is welcome: amenities provided. In winter, a fireplace for cozy evenings (wood available as an option). In summer, there are trails starting from the chalet. The end-of-stay cleaning is done by the tenants.

This apartment, and its balcony of about 10 m2, offers you stunning mountain views, as pleasant in winter as in summer. Located in the heart of the Superbesse resort, you will be a 4-minute walk from the shops, and 8 minutes from the cable car, with your ski boots on. The apartment also has a private parking space in front of the building as well as a ski locker.
