Villa Ballats Dine promises you good times to share, not far from the Château de Murol. Arvernha Resorts offers this traditional house, completely renovated with taste, offering a very spacious living space, with its 170 m² that can accommodate 8 people. It is close to the center of Murol and its shops, at the foot of its medieval castle. It consists of 4 bedrooms on 2 levels. On the 1st floor you will find 3 bedrooms, one with a 140 cm bed, one with a 160 cm bed and one with 2 single beds of 90 cm each. On the 2nd floor is the master bedroom with a 160 cm double bed and a dressing room. The villa has 2 bathrooms (one on each floor), 3 toilets and a large living room with a wood-burning stove in the center and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen. A games room will delight young and old with its foosball, television, game console and board games. A beautiful terrace with garden furniture and barbecue allows you to enjoy the outdoors (unfenced land). Accommodation not accessible to people with reduced mobility. For the comfort of your stay, we offer extra options (bed linen, towels, end-of-stay cleaning). Pets are allowed in this listing (pet fee extra – 1 fee per pet).
