Holiday rentals with lake access in Sur

The apartment was really nice! It lacked nothing and we felt really comfortable. Our two children (3 and 5) also had a good time. It was a pity that the pool was not yet open, despite the 35°C.

First about the super friendly host and willing to make us feel comfortable, he was very attentive. With regard to the place it seems to me a good place, it has metro parking, train nearby with roads to the airport and Gran Vía. Neighborhood is quiet, with park nearby. Loved it!

We had a great New Year's Eve in this cottage. The decor is modern and very nice, creating a cozy and pleasant atmosphere. We felt right at home during our stay, and in addition, we are very grateful that our dogs are allowed to be taken. For summer it has to be even more impressive with the exteriors. Definitely a place we would love to go back to. Highly recommended!

The house is very lovingly decorated, very well equipped kitchen, very comfortable rooms. Family-friendly and quiet development, with a well-kept pool. Best of all the porch, to enjoy day and night, with barbecue and even a fridge!! We were very comfortable! Thank you!!

The house is very nicely located, quiet area to disconnect, but also if desired, for many activities. Very comfortable house, warm with the fantastic, peles stove, walking areas.

This place was very cool. Reminded me of the "Hey Arnold" apartment from the 90s cartoon. Very clean, easy check in and in a great, quiet neighbourhood. Its a little far from attractions but a great place to stay if you are here for work or have a car.

Our stay alli was unbeatable ... really . Not only for the location , the cleanliness that everything had was unbeatable , super decoros nearby ,bars and restaurants nearby , parks for children , easy parking....but above all the kindness of the Host Maria ...from the first moment attentive in everything and a charm the treatment she gives . I recommend it 💯 x💯.

We had a wonderful stay at Judicaël‘s place. We lived there for five months from January to May. The apartment is charming and comfortable and well equipped for cooking and having people over. We loved the neighborhood. It had a very local feel with lots of good grocery stores and restaurants. The proximity to Casa De Campo is amazing and made biking and hiking easy. It is an easy 30 minute walk to the centre and there are also great public transportation links. Judicaël is a pleasure to interact with. Although she no longer lives in Madrid, she is very friendly and responsive and was always available to help with any problems or questions. Highly recommend!!

Ursula helped us out in a pinch after our original booking was cancelled—leaving us stranded in Madrid with a 1- and 3-year-old after a 24-hour journey. She was incredibly responsive and let us check in early, which was a lifesaver. The apartment is centrally located and had everything we needed. It’s not fancy, but it’s comfortable and feels like home. Perfect for a short stay!

From the first moment, the deal with Pablo, the host, was excellent, making the stay very easy. The experience, although short, has far exceeded expectations and we will definitely come back. With the river 42 steps away (yes, I counted them) the heat has not been noticed. The house is full of corners created with taste and charm and, for us (creatives by profession) they have even been inspiring. Thank you Pablo!!!

A great experience, the perfect house for a romantic getaway or secluded from the city for a few days. The decoration and renovation that the house has is exquisite, very cozy and with the right point of rural and modern design. A beautiful garden that has to be enjoyed a lot in summer but there is nothing like being close to the fireplace quietly in winter in a house like this. The lake is a few minutes walk away and very well connected to go by car to the escorial for example. Pino is super attentive and pleasant and we honestly have no complaints, it makes you feel at home that is the essence of airbnb :) a 10!

We are delighted with the stay, not only is the place perfect to disconnect and be quiet with your loved ones; but Alberto is a great host. We had an adverse event and he came in person to help us in every way he could. The place is amazing, and it has all the amenities, they take care of every detail. We are very grateful for the treatment we received, and we will not hesitate to return!

Great accommodation with a great host. Antonio was very attentive and we really enjoyed our stay. We spent New Year's Eve but we look forward to returning in the summer to enjoy the excellent outdoor facilities.
