BRAND NEW detached Casita. Located close to several professional sports teams as well as colleges, City of Hope Cancer Center, Wildlife Zoo, and countless other things to do. Leave city life behind as you drive down a dirt road to our casita. Along the way you'll see horses, chickens, bunnies, lizards, roadrunners and occasionally hear turkeys and donkeys. Our casita is so new that our landscaping is a work in progress. FULL KITCHEN!! OWNERS LIVE ON SITE. We do charge a fee over 2 guests.

Spacious apartment with full kitchen including fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and dishes. Private bathroom with shower. Queen bed, A/C, closet, dining table, Wi-Fi, smart TV, living room, laundry in common area please bring your own detergent and any products you use.. Approximately 500sq ft. Quiet rural setting. Second floor with stair access. Self check-in with code. The ceiling height is 6 foot four, so anyone who is tall will not be comfortable. Sorry about this. Thanks MARY

Kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to prepare a meal. Relax in the backyard, eat outside and enjoy the great weather, and watch Arizona's beautiful sunsets.

There is a 65 inch TV and electric reclining couches and loveseat in the living room. Spring training site for the Rangers and Royals is 5 miles away.
