BRAND NEW detached Casita. Located close to several professional sports teams as well as colleges, City of Hope Cancer Center, Wildlife Zoo, and countless other things to do. Leave city life behind as you drive down a dirt road to our casita. Along the way you'll see horses, chickens, bunnies, lizards, roadrunners and occasionally hear turkeys and donkeys. Our casita is so new that our landscaping is a work in progress. FULL KITCHEN!! OWNERS LIVE ON SITE. We do charge a fee over 2 guests.

North Phoenix Casita. Private entrance with studio hotel style room. Queen bed with walk in closet and Roku TV. Kitchenette with microwave, mini fridge, sink, coffee maker and toaster. Room has dedicated AC and water heater. Full bathroom with shower. Scenic, quiet neighborhood feels out of the way, but only 4mi to I-17 and 10mi to Cave Creek and 5mi from Ben Avery Shooting Range. Backed up to nature preserve with hiking/mountain bike trails. Trail access point is just one mile away.

These guest house is attached to the main house but they don’t communicate and it has its own private entrance and AC units. There are no shared spaces. Nice, modern/new 55” TV with free Chanel’s as well as Netflix. Coffee station is generous with different flavors of Keurig cups and creams as well as a few different snacks for you to enjoy. Full equipped kitchen, refreshments available in the fridge. Enjoy your stay 😉
