Felt very welcome lovely cosy place for a family Tanya made us a delicious cookies which we really enjoyed it was very nice of her to take her time out and make us delicious treat,the pool and jacuzzi was the best part for my son enjoyed every bit of it Tanya is very lovely host wouldn’t think twice to come back thank you for a enjoyable weekend.

Our group had a wonderful stay in this property. A beautiful historical house, cosy kitchen and fireplace to play board games in front of (or watch the rugby instead). Corner store was easily walkable, so too the local pub (we recommend the Crown). Perfect place to catch a break.

We had the most amazing week at this accommodation. After hectic few months leading up to our wedding, this was the most perfect getaway to disconnect and relax. The hosts were amazing and the cabin was absolutely perfect! We honestly couldn’t have asked for anything better for our mini moon. We did not want to leave and it quite honestly just felt like home. Will 100% be returning in the future and couldn’t recommend it enough!

This is my third time staying at this beautiful cottage. It is the perfect place for a quiet tranquil stay. Lucy is a great host.

Needed a place to crash for 6 weeks while having work done at home. It had everything we needed. Good responsive host, has made every effort to ensure all amenities were available. Highly recommend for short or long stays.. close to railway, motorway and shops.. Only improvement I would recommend is up security. No alarm, no external CCTV and only a single Yale lock on front door..

Jennifer’s place is an adorable little cottage. We loved our stay there; the house was perfect for us and right in the heart of Wimbledon Village. Fantastic delis; especially the large Italian one right round the corner and Paul’s Bakery also on the high street. I would definitely stay there again and 100% recommend this property.

Nice English Cottage with a big back yard! Very convenient check in hour! On site parking is a plus! Though Lyne Lane near the Cottage is kind of dangerous to get in and out! The mirror on the pole opposite to the drive way does little to help! Anyhow, my family enjoyed our stay!

Absolutely Beautiful Stay! We had the most wonderful time at this stunning accommodation, it truly felt like a home from home. Everything we needed was there, plus so many thoughtful extra touches that made it even more special. It was a real pleasure to meet our hosts Tony and Julia, whilst visiting the Greets pubs near the cottage. The local shop was a real gem too, more like a farm shop, packed with local produce. No need to hit the supermarket before your trip, it has everything you could possibly need. We’re already looking at dates to come back! Dave & Lisa x

The cottage has been freshly painted, however the period features still remain which adds beautiful character to the property. The staff/owners have been more than accommodating and nothing is too much trouble. You'll have a wonderful stay here at Kingswood Manor Cottage.

My husband and I stayed for a few nights over a weekend. The coach house is absolutely lovely. It is very comfortable, private, quiet, peaceful and was a nice respite from having spent time in busy London. You have everything you need to relax, sleep well and cook in. The place is nicely designed, tastefully decorated and clean. Petra greeted us upon arrival, showed us around and left us lovely provisions (decadent cakes!) to get us started on a nice weekend. We went for long walks/runs in Richmond Park (a 5 min walk away), and enjoyed hanging out in the house on a rainy Saturday. A large Sainsbury's is a 15-min walk away, and the Noribiton station is a 20 min walk. The coach house is located in a peaceful neighborhood with little traffic. We walked or took public transport. All in all, a fantastic, quiet getaway. We would definitely stay again.

A lovely cottage - clean, comfortable and cosy! Fantastic communication from booking, easy to find and lovely when you first walk in, clean and inviting. Very well equipped kitchen and appreciated the little touches with products in bathroom, milk in fridge, tea and coffee to start you off etc. Easy to explore Bookham. Recommend the Windsor Castle pub which is about 20 minutes walk. Also a drive to Box Hill was stunning!

My cousin recommended I book Sociana air bnb to stay at for her wedding. In every way my expectations and my hopes were exceeded. Small touches such as milk in the fridge, and basic condiments made me feel so at home. I would book again without hesitation. 2 beautiful friendly labradors added to our most wonderful welcome and stay. Thank you so much Sociana . It was a dream stay.

Christine as always is a great host and nothing is too much trouble . Its a lovely quite area and a comfortable place to stay . This is the 4th time we have stayed.

We used to live in Farnham, in a cottage very similar to this property, so staying in Dave and Elizabeth's cottage has brought back a lot of beautiful memories. We most certainly will return and will love to stay here again! Peter and Bessie

We had a wonderful stay in Angie's cottage. There are many beautiful walks nearby and Angie provides lots of tips and maps to help guests explore the nearby countryside. The cottage is beautifully furnished with a log burner that heats the whole place. The kitchen has all the amenities you could need and there's coffee, milk, bread and other generous touches waiting for you on arrival. Really recommend staying here if you have the opportunity, we'll definitely return when we can. Angie was attentive and helpful at every turn.

I was staying in Charlotte's Airbnb with my daughter whilst on a visit to my parents who live in Shamley Green. We were there for a family gathering at half term. The location was perfect because we were in easy walking distance of my parents' home where there was not enough room for the whole family to stay. Would definitely be very happy to stay there again - a delightful base for us!
