Great location. Stayed on a business trip for a week, and apartment was an ideal base. Very friendly and responsive host.

This place was only a $20 from airport via Uber. Walking distance to several pubs and grocery. NEW and SPOTLESS Great internet and NEW Smart TV. Cerealstop comparing apartment and jams and coffee already there. If you need to be near the airport... Stop comparing apartments and RENT THIS ONE!

Loved staying at Avonview apartments in Clapham Junction. 5 minutes walk to Clapham Junction station (National Rail to Waterloo or Victoria or the overground tube), and tons of shops and restaurants close by (everything within 5-10 mins walk). The apartment was very comfortable for my 3 teenagers and me, and had everything we needed. Anton and the team are excellent hosts and very responsive, with lots of local information provided. Would happily stay here again.

Great Appartement for a Family Trip with kids. Quiet location, modern, stylish, large and clean. The Bus and Train connections are very good, you need circa half an hour to get to the City.

Had a very good stay here. Just a short walk from Guildford train station and the town centre. Flat was modern, very clean and had all mod cons. Internet was provided. Not the speediest but OK. Good mobile signal (EE 5G) too. Only negative was the hopelessly uncomfortable sofa! I stayed here as had multiple appointments at Royal Surrey County Hospital which was just a 15 minute bus ride away.

This is the perfect place for a couple or a couple with a young child. It felt safe, the town was delightful, park was gorgeous and the home was comfortable. We adored it. And Uber Eats delivers quickly. If you need to be near Heathrow and have access to shopping, food and train this spot was lovely!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at the vicarage’s place! From the moment we arrived, everything was exactly as described. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and felt incredibly welcoming. Every little detail was thoughtfully considered, from the cozy linens to the well stocked kitchen and the beautiful outside area/ garden. Communication with Mitesh was seamless,quick, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire stay. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend this beautiful house to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and a lovely hosting experience.

very well maintained house very clean only problem is its a house which is converted to 5 apartments and their cleaners lives in whatever flat is empty. I was not able to sleep as i was on ground floor and the apartment above me have cleaners staying there and they were watching tele and running around the houses all night long which i can hear in apartment i was staying in. they were doing laundry at 3 am in night it was a sleepless night overall. So if you are not worried about sleeping in the night the place is very clean and well maintained.

Space was clean and comfortable :) it is a studio so wasn’t massive but looks exactly like the photos!

Our stay was great. The apartment is comfortable, afforded us plenty of space, and we were so thankful for the AC as we experienced a heat wave while we were there. One bedroom did not have AC, but if you left the door open the cool air from the living room area kept the bedroom temp very comfortable. It’s right next to a large Sainsbury, which was so convenient. It’s in a very nice, quiet area on the river, close to a bus station and within walking distance to an Uber Boat. Elizabeth had quick responses if we sent a message and was very helpful. We really enjoyed our time there!

the place matched the photos, easy check in, the location is great, it is in very quiet neighborhood with a lot of markets in a walking distance and near the bus stop, everything was clean and the kitchen are well equipped, the host is very cooperated and helpful, I recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay here and I would absolutely recommend it. The apartment is very comfortable, spacious, clean, and well taken care of, with a beautiful outdoor space and a fully stocked kitchen. The location is great as well, within short walking distance to shops/restaurants and a few different underground lines (including easy access to Heathrow and St. Pancras International). And Serena and Samer are fantastic hosts! Very glad we chose this spot and I hope to be back again in the future.

Mayu is a fantastic host. Very caring, friendly snd helpful. Her flat was spotless and very comfortable. I wasn’t crazy about the area, but this was little inconvenience.
