We are a low carbon property heated by Air source Heat Pump with solar panels. Three self-contained flats here have their own secure access from a shared stairway and main entrance . The flats share use of a laundry room and small garden. There is fast WIFI and streamed TV with Netflix premium. Each flat has one parking space.

The accommodation is an apartment above our garage. There are no cooking facilities. Our house dates back to late 1300's. We have a large garden which guests are welcome to use along with an outdoor pool in season. There is an outside shower and loo for pool users. Guests are welcome to use BBQ on request as well as outside dining table. Central heating currently being installed.

This is really a place for those who love cats - two friendly shorthair outdoor/cat flap cats will need feeding once a day (dry food left out). Sleeps 6 in one double bedroom (with en-suite) one kids room with two singles and one small double which is probably better for one adult as it’s built into the wall.
