Wonderful skiing, hiking and biking area with 120 km of slopes up to 2300 m, cross-country trails (300 m from the house), swimming lake (free), playgrounds, tennis.

Gartensitzplatz mit Liegestuhl u. Feuerschale sowie frisches Bündner Bergquellwasser direkt aus dem Hahn. Die Val Lumnezia lädt mit ihrer Natur, den Bergen und vielen Kraftorten dazu ein, neue Energie zu tanken. Aktuelle Info: Auf dem Nachbargrundstück wird derzeit ein EFH gebaut. Dadurch kann es zeitweise zu Baulärm kommen.

5 rooms available, about 120 m2, homy and relaxing area. Two floors and 4 bed rooms. 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilette. Bed linen and bath towels are all available and included in the price. There is a 30 m2 terrasse/platform in front of the house with an amazing view to Laax, Vally and the mountains. The house is good for couples, solo adventurers, groups and families (with kids). We have two baby beds, high chair and a basket full of toys available for families with kids. You are welcome!

You’ll love my place because of the cosy chalet ambiance, the sunny terrace with a great mountain view and accessibility by public transport. The upper flat (bedrooms 1 and 2) connects to the downstairs studio (bedroom 3) via an exterior staircase. My place is good for couples, families and small groups.

An ensuite bedroom and a separate bedroom / living area. There is also a garden where you can request to use to BBQ and enjoy the sun. Parking is available in the nearby carpark.

The train station, restaurants and shops are within walking distance. The following bike routes pass directly by the house: Rheinradweg 2, Alpinbike 1 and Graubündenbike 90. Numerous hiking routes, Jakobsweg can be started directly from the house. Winter: In the midst of well-known ski resorts.

Casa la Runtga is in a wonderful location with fantastic views of Lake Laax, the village and the mountains. The lake resort, indoor pool, wellness, children's ski lift, ice skating and many leisure activities are within walking distance. The ski resort can also be reached in a few minutes by shuttle bus or car. The area offers very special hiking and biking trails. The treetop trail is one of the newest attractions and starts in close proximity.

This biologically lovingly renovated cottage offers you the optimal base for this.
