The renovated, very comfortable, modern and large 2 1/2 room apartment is located in the middle of the original village center. It is only about 6 minutes to the mountain railways (summer and winter operation) and only 1 minute to the Flims-Post postbus station or the free shuttle. Bakeries, supermarkets, Stenna Center, butchers and many good restaurants are within a 1 to 6-minute walk. An underground parking space with direct access to the lift and a large, clean ski/bike room are available.

It has a modern kitchen incl. dishwasher and balcony. Lake Laax can be reached within a 5-minute walk. 1 bedroom with double bed and 1 pull-out sofa in the living room are available. Thus, the apartment is suitable for 4 people. During your stay, you can use the indoor pool, which is located in the house.

You will find a well-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with one double bed each and in the living area the sofa can also be used as a bed. On the private balcony you can enjoy the magnificent sunset and the fantastic mountain landscape.
