This is a newer cottage on the Delaware Bay near Milford, DE, only 25 minutes to Rehoboth Beach and the Atlantic Ocean. Sleeps 4, 2 bdr, 1 bath, a double and a queen bed. Large sunny great room with tv and DISH satellite. There is over 500 sq feet of deck space overlooking the bay and the freshwater marsh managed by the Nature Conservancy. Watch sunrise over the bay and sunset over the beautiful marsh filled with many species of birds. Dogs must be walked on a leash and do-do picked up!

Just a 3.6-mile drive away is the Rehoboth boardwalk, and the Rehoboth/Lewes bike trail is within walking distance of your unit. Downtown Lewes is also only 3.3 miles away, and Dewey Beach is a 4.8-mile drive. Everything is within a 5-10 minute Uber ride. Local eateries and a Wawa are also just a stone’s throw away.

The 1934 Farmhouse not only has local history but plenty of space for everyone. Originally a century family farm with only few owners since being developed. It hosts 4 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, 2 dining rooms, large kitchen, a huge living room all sitting on 2 1/2 acres for the kids and pets to run have everything you need. Delightful Skoolie Near Bethany Beach

Try tiny living! Come to the Delaware beach for a unique glamping experience. The Coastal Cruiser is a 1985 Thomas School Bus turned tiny home. Spend your days exploring the Delaware Coast and come home to a rustic Skoolie with a full kitchen & outdoor area. You have access to fire pit, grill, and outdoor seating area. We’ve renovated- there is a bunk bed, and a full bathroom with toilet, shower, and sink. The bathroom is in a separate building about 20 ft from the bus.

Is a perfect spot for having a great time with family, friends or couples. Sandpiper Village its located between Rehoboth Beach (3.5miles) and Lewes (4 miles). Our condo unit includes free parking, full kitchen, living room, dining room, washer/dryer, dishwasher, Youtube TV /wi-fi. We supply sheets and towels.
