As well as room for your boat and off street parking we offer you the ability to launch your boat at Island Point Reserve Boat Ramp and leisurely moor your boat off the property for the entire length of your stay. River Escape is a brand new 4-bedroom house, close to the river and backing onto a quiet reserve of bushland. This house offers you all the modern facilities of a new home, with the homely comforts. Located 50 meters to the beautiful Sussex Inlet River, and boat ramp, you are in the perfect location for your getaway! You are only minutes away from the local Bowling Club and RSL (which offer shuttle services) and downtown Sussex Inlet. House has rear access perfect for boats! Lakes and Beaches.

Set on a 350 acre cattle property 10 minutes from Moss Vale you will find this purpose built, luxurious Hampton’s style cottage. With a 2 car connected garage and indoor/outdoor sandstone fireplace, it comprises 2 large king bedrooms each with a walk-in robe and ensuite. There is ducted air conditioning, fully appointed kitchen, open plan living dining, concealed laundry, outdoor dining terrace, swinging seat and BBQ. Perfect for 2 couples or a family of 4 or 5. Cool, very spacious and super relaxed retro style cottage. Filled with travel treasures mixed with funky and functional retro stuff. A short drive to all the fabulous beaches, villages and national parks of Jervis Bay. The cottage is set amid towering gums and surrounded by a tropical, edible garden, with an emphasis on permaculture principles, including worm farms and frog ponds. Recycled and re-purposed items have been utilised to create garden art and to make a Byron-meets-Bali feel.

Shelly's

NO PETS or WI FI . Shelly's is a 2 b/r cottage situated opposite the Inlet with water views and easy access to this magical waterway and native bushland. Sleeps 4 only including infants with nothing to bring but your food. Shelly's has a big undercover deck on the rear of the house, a large private backyard which backs onto the bush, BBQ and outdoor dining. Enjoy a beautiful bush walk from the front door that leads to a wonderful view of the inlet. Walk to the Bowling Club and restaurant.

The Shack - cosy coastal retreat with fireplace!

Quintessential 1950's beach shack. Walk to the beach, lake, National Park, and local cafe. One queen bed, and 2 king singles, wood fire, air con, bbq, spring free trampoline, and a large fenced garden. Park the car and walk everywhere. Paradise for outdoor enthusiasts...go boating, swimming, diving, surfing, bike riding, kayaking, paddle boarding, and bushwalking. Kangaroos visit the house, kids ride their bikes on the streets. Perfect for couples and small families.

Beautiful, unique and comfortable best describes this 3 bedroom home in relaxing Sussex Inlet. There are 4 wharves within a minutes walk of the home at the famous Inlet, be ready to swim, boat or fish in a family friendly environment. Pets permitted with prior approval from myself. There is a second small house at the rear that my family may use on occasion, we don’t live onsite, your privacy is our priority. Welcome to The Wharf House.

Pa's Place

Pa's Place is a home away from home in delightful Swanhaven. A short walk to lovely quiet Swan Lake and 5 minutes drive to beautiful Berrara beach and lagoon for excellent swimming and fishing. Supplied are surf boards, body boards and kayaks for you to use or you can also hire boats locally. Sussex Inlet is a 5 minutes drive away for the supermarket and cinema and cafes. This property is suitable for well behaved dogs. NO Cats please
