As well as room for your boat and off street parking we offer you the ability to launch your boat at Island Point Reserve Boat Ramp and leisurely moor your boat off the property for the entire length of your stay. Barefoot at Callala Beach offers you absolute beachfront architect designed 2 bedrooms (main with expansive water views) open plan living & modern kitchen beach cottage with direct private access to Callala Beach with all the luxuries and modern touches to spoil you and your furry friend. It's a perfect getaway for family of 4 or a couple seeking the ultimate in both relaxation and style. There is a resident pod of dolphins outside on the calm waters of Jervis Bay so you can swim out to them!

River Escape is a brand new 4-bedroom house, close to the river and backing onto a quiet reserve of bushland. This house offers you all the modern facilities of a new home, with the homely comforts. Located 50 meters to the beautiful Sussex Inlet River, and boat ramp, you are in the perfect location for your getaway! You are only minutes away from the local Bowling Club and RSL (which offer shuttle services) and downtown Sussex Inlet. House has rear access perfect for boats! Lakes and Beaches.

Perfect for both summer and winter escapes, the house also has an indoor fireplace, fire pit outdoors and firewood is provided! Beautifully extended and renovated by one of the region’s top builders, this gorgeous home offers a delightful open plan living area extending out to the private rear deck with direct access to a picturesque beach beyond the large garden! The home is beautifully appointed with attention to detail at every turn, from the minimalist styling to the bright open spaces.

Erowal Cottage at Jervis Bay

Cool, very spacious and super relaxed retro style cottage. Filled with travel treasures mixed with funky and functional retro stuff. A short drive to all the fabulous beaches, villages and national parks of Jervis Bay. The cottage is set amid towering gums and surrounded by a tropical, edible garden, with an emphasis on permaculture principles, including worm farms and frog ponds. Recycled and re-purposed items have been utilised to create garden art and to make a Byron-meets-Bali feel.

Shelly's

NO PETS or WI FI . Shelly's is a 2 b/r cottage situated opposite the Inlet with water views and easy access to this magical waterway and native bushland. Sleeps 4 only including infants with nothing to bring but your food. Shelly's has a big undercover deck on the rear of the house, a large private backyard which backs onto the bush, BBQ and outdoor dining. Enjoy a beautiful bush walk from the front door that leads to a wonderful view of the inlet. Walk to the Bowling Club and restaurant.

Paradise for outdoor enthusiasts...go boating, swimming, diving, surfing, bike riding, kayaking, paddle boarding, and bushwalking. Kangaroos visit the house, kids ride their bikes on the streets. Perfect for couples and small families.

Beautiful, unique and comfortable best describes this 3 bedroom home in relaxing Sussex Inlet. There are 4 wharves within a minutes walk of the home at the famous Inlet, be ready to swim, boat or fish in a family friendly environment. Pets permitted with prior approval from myself. There is a second small house at the rear that my family may use on occasion, we don’t live onsite, your privacy is our priority. Welcome to The Wharf House.
