Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Suwannee River

My sisters and I came here to stay for the weekend to visit some family that lives in Jacksonville. The house was so fun! We love the pool and the hot tub! The backyard was amazing and the house was so nice and fun!

We had a great time at Brianna's lakehouse. This was one of the cleanest and most comfortable Airbnbs I've stayed in. Thank you, Brianna, for sharing your home with us!

We booked a stay at the Peninsula for a vacation with our 3 kids and dogs. Melody allowed us to extend our stay by 2 nights, very last minute, and we had the best trip because of that! We were able to visit several of the Florida Springs(most only 1 hour from the Airbnb), our dogs absolutely loved playing in the Suwannee river at the property, and each of our kids said they hoped we could come back to that Airbnb in the future. We will definitely book again for future trips to visit the springs! The home was very clean, the short walk to the river was easy, and the home itself was exactly what we hoped for to enjoy our family vacation.

We really enjoyed the time there – it was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed. We especially loved the thoughtful Touches Like coffee and the great local tips. We would be happy to come back

We had a great stay at Cynthia’s place! The layout is perfect and the setting was peaceful. I particularly liked the yard and trails. It seemed to have everything we needed and communication with Cynthia was quick and easy. My wife and I were both pleased and agreed that we would do it again 👍🏻

The place is everything that we expected and more. It was like a resort. Everyone had a great time.

This is a great cabin!!! It was perfect for my husband, 3 kids & our pups! It's in a peaceful and private neighborhood. My son loved having the basketball hoop! The dock is amazing! Having easy access to put our kayaks in the water (instead of always driving to somewhere) was awesome! We saw gators, fish, turtles and beautiful birds! Its also an easy drive to several Springs The house has all the comforts of home. We just had to supply the groceries! Overall, this was a fun, relaxing, and beautiful cabin. Peter is easy to communicate with and quick to respond. Would love to stay here again!

This place was amazing! Perfect location, only 15 minutes of St. George street. The pool was amazing and very refreshing! My dog absolutely loved the backyard. We even got to see a few deer! Very clean and the host is very responsive. My nephew loved the pool table! I would definitely recommend this location!

A great place for a getaway to Ichetucknee! Had a great vibe and the hosts were wonderful.

Erika’s space is beautiful and accommodating. The full kitchen allowed us to make meals and store things in the fridge. The pool space is large and the pool was the perfect temperature after a warm day. The bed was very comfortable as well. Erika her self checked in regularly and made sure we had everything we needed. She also made sure we had our privacy. I would highly recommended her place.

The home has such a calm, chill atmosphere with an upscale, thoughtfully curated vibe that made us feel relaxed the moment we stepped through the door. Every detail felt intentional, and the beds—wow—some of the most comfortable we’ve ever slept in! Karen was an outstanding host: extremely professional, responsive, and made the entire process seamless. It’s no surprise this home is in the top 5%—it truly deserves it. We can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend!

The property was well maintained. While it was some distance from town, it was helpful to have GPS for directions. The house was comfortably appointed and nicely decorated. It was well equipped with all necessities. The stacking washer and dryer was particularly useful and easy to use. The spiral staircase to the upstairs bedroom, however, could be a challenge for some folks. All in all, a good property, attentive host, and a good stay.

We enjoyed our stay while in town for a wedding.

Such a peaceful place!!! Manny was so nice and even took us to meet the horses which my kids absolutely loved. Perfect place to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and enjoy the quiet.

I can’t say enough positive things about this place. The location was perfect. My husband and I visited for a few days with our two dogs, and kayaked around the Santa Fe, and Ichetucknee river. The dock was perfect to launch the kayaks out of, and let our dogs watch the fish, and the pavilion over the river was great to relax in and watch boats pass by. The yard was beautiful, landscaped, and entirely fenced in for the dogs ( there was even a fence/gate to separate the upper deck from front door/front steps.) We will absolutely be back again as soon as we can.

Our stay was amazing! Very tranquil and peaceful setting. We were made aware that recent storms had damaged some of the land, and surrounding sight seeing areas. House was comfy, felt like home. Thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the deck in the evenings listening to nature, seeing fireflies, and star gazing. We will definitely go back!!

Secluded little cabin on the Suwanee. Screened porch, good size yard deck. Great view of the river from the raised deck. Excellent little floating dock. Nice quiet place.

The place was clean, well-equipped, and beautiful. We were looking for a relaxing environment, and this place is. The kayaks available on the property are a plus for enjoying the river. Recommended

The Sugar Shack was the perfect place to escape from our hectic south Florida lifestyle! It was remote but close to small towns and our beautiful Florida Springs. It was so peaceful to be in the woods and relax on the Suwannee River in the big chairs provided!! The big oak trees all around are magnificent and the cabin is cozy and dreamy and has everything we needed for cooking out on the grill and sipping our morning coffee by the lazy river!! Perfect!

We enjoyed our stay so much. The cabin is well stocked with thoughtful details, including the Information booklet. The aquifer water is truly special and delicious! The peace and quiet of the property are blissful, including the grazing deer and pileated woodpeckers calling through the woods. The river access cannot be overvalued…We swam the Iche around 5 pm and literally had the run entirely to ourselves. Well, along with several birds including a night and green heron. What bliss! Kim was incredibly responsive with clear communication. The “neighborhood” is well cared for and easy to navigate either walking or driving. The cabin was a lucky find and I’m already looking at future booking.

Our family vacation at River Run Riviera was nothing short of magical! From the moment we arrived, it felt like we had stepped into a paradise tailor-made for us. The property was stunning, offering both serenity and adventure, making it the best family vacation we have ever experienced. The house itself was incredibly comfortable and equipped with everything we could possibly need. Whether we were cooking together in the well-stocked kitchen, enjoying the cozy living spaces, or relaxing on the porch with a view of the water, every detail was thoughtfully designed to make us feel at home. The kids had an absolute blast exploring the water and surroundings! They loved fishing right off the property and were thrilled to catch plenty of catfish. The atmosphere was so inviting and safe, allowing them to swim, play, and run around freely while we soaked in the beauty of nature. One of the highlights of our trip was kayaking down the Ichnetucknee River, which flowed right to the property.
