Lovely 2 bedroom apartment 15 minutes away from downtown Reykjavík. Kringlan (the mall) is close by, only 5 minutes walk. The swimming pool (Laugardalslaug) is close, about 20-25 minutes walking distance. Same distance is a also a family park and a small zoo (Húsdýra- og fjölskyldugarðurinn). Relax with the family in this peaceful accommodation. There is a hot and cold tub on the patio and a barbecue shelter with a grill. Large and spacious living room with Netflix and Apple TV. There is a dartboard and playstation in another room with a separate TV. All kitchen appliances, washer and dryer and laundry can be hung out on a cable. There is a voice-controlled speaker system you can play both in the living room and kitchen. There is a pet cat in the house when it is not in rent.

It is very well equipped to make everyone feel at home away from home. Reykjavik centrum is 10 km away. The kitchen has all necessary appliances and cutlery. Sleeping arrangement is a queen size bed and a sleeping sofa with down duvets and pillows. The bathroom is nicely decorated with a large walk in shower and a washer/dryer

The Aspen Annex

Take a break and unwind in our peaceful annex, conveniently located for hikes to the Reykjadalur Hot Spring Thermal River, and a wealth of amenities in Hveragerði. The annex has a private entrance, king size bed, ensuite bathroom with shower and basic cooking facilities (added in January 2026). You will also have exclusive use of the garden hot tub, a tranquil escape nestled among the birch and aspen trees. Please note that we have a very friendly dog who you may meet!
