There is also a laundry room with an extra shower and an extra guest toilet at the entrance. Two of the bedrooms have double beds, and two bedrooms have two single beds in each room. There is parking for two-three cars with 1 EV charger available. The house is most suitable for families or groups. We live here as usual ourselves, so there are private items in the home.

If you want to stay rural but at the same time this is something for you It's not a party place. Animals welcome.

Great and lovely home, with stunning views of Trondheim. The house is a semi-detached house and here you rent the main apartment in the house. In our home you will find most of the things you need to spend nice days in Trondheim. Short way to the city center (20 min. fast walk) and short way to public transport (bus/tram). You also have beautiful city fields nearby, where you can retreat from city life and just enjoy the silence. The property is very centrally located. You are welcome!

The house has very good sun conditions with many outdoor areas and is located in a quiet neighborhood. Garage is available. Children are welcome to use the toys in the house. From the house it is 5 minutes to the bus and shop. You spend 20 minutes on a walk to the city center.
