The tourist attraction "Utiskten" is just nearby. The accommodation is surrounded by green areas, but has a short distance to the city center. There are 4 bedrooms, 1 office, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and large living room. There is a setup for 2 cars. The house has a very high standard. Waterborne heating in all floors. Parquet and large window surfaces. Everything is furnished with high quality.

Central detached house with normal standard. The residence is located in a quiet and nice neighborhood. There are four bedrooms in the house, two bathrooms with toilet and shower. There is also a laundry room with an extra shower and an extra guest toilet at the entrance. Two of the bedrooms have double beds, and two bedrooms have two single beds in each room. There is parking for two-three cars with 1 EV charger available. The house is most suitable for families or groups. We live here as usual ourselves, so there are private items in the home.

You will need a car to get here, but in return you will live in the middle of the hiking terrain with unique possibilities in summer and winter. The property is used by the host as a holiday home when it is not rented out. Bed linen and towels are included The 5th bed space in the living room. If you want to stay rural but at the same time this is something for you It's not a party place. Animals welcome.

Great and lovely home, with stunning views of Trondheim. The house is a semi-detached house and here you rent the main apartment in the house. In our home you will find most of the things you need to spend nice days in Trondheim. Short way to the city center (20 min. fast walk) and short way to public transport (bus/tram). You also have beautiful city fields nearby, where you can retreat from city life and just enjoy the silence. The property is very centrally located. You are welcome!

From the house it is 5 minutes to the bus and shop. You spend 20 minutes on a walk to the city center.
