Holiday rentals in Svinca

We stayed at the apartment for a week and it was just perfect! A lot of equipment in the apartment, a great view from the balcony and everything was easy to reach on foot (Beach just max 2min walk right in front the door, Restaurant etc) We definitely enjoyed our vacation and can only recommend!

Drei Freunde und ich waren für 7 Tage in der Unterkunft. Wir hatten einen extrem tollen Aufenthalt. Katarina war super hilfsbereit und extrem entgegenkommend. Die Unterkunft war eine der schönsten Unterkünfte, in der wir je waren. Alles war ausgezeichnet!

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in dieser sehr schönen Villa! Die Fotos entsprechen genau der Realität. Die Ausstattung ist perfekt, es gab wirklich alles, vor allem in der Küche war von Küchengeräten, vielfältigen Geschirr und Gewürzen alles da. Die Gastgeberin hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen. Es gab sogar eine Brotzeitplatte und Wein zur Begrüßung. Da das Wetter eher kühl war, konnten wir die Sauna und den Jacussi perfekt nutzen. Sehr zu empfehlen!

C'est de loin le plus merveilleux logement que j'ai pu louer sur Airbnb ! L'appartement est grand pour deux personnes et impeccable, il dispose d'une belle terrasse et d'une vue imprenable sur la mer qui est accessible directement à pied en bas du logement. Tout ce vous avez besoin est fourni par les hôtes qui sont par ailleurs très réactifs et soucieux de vous faire passer un bon séjour. Un arrêt de bus est situé au pied du logement permettant de rejoindre facilement les différentes villes. Merci encore à nos hôtes pour ce merveilleux séjour !

Our stay at this house was absolutely fantastic! Everything was perfectly prepared – the house was very clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped. The pool and jacuzzi were available every day and were thoroughly cleaned by the host every morning, which we really appreciated. All appliances worked flawlessly, and the bathrooms and kitchen were well-stocked – we didn’t miss a thing. The house had fast Wi-Fi and air conditioning in every room, which made even the hottest days comfortable. Communication with the host was very easy and pleasant – extremely helpful and kind people, always ready to offer advice or help if we needed anything. My friends and I were truly impressed with both the house and the overall experience. An extra bonus was the stunning view – a perfect place to relax and unwind. Highly recommended, and we definitely hope to come back in the future!

What a fabulous place. Thank you Kresmir. We had a fabulous time at this beautiful and very comfortable apartment just steps away from the sea. We didn't want to leave. The kitchen was brand new and had everything we needed and more. The beds were super comfortable with nice bedding and great black out shutters for a great sleep. Kresimir was so kind and even took my husband fishing and gave him lots of tips. We cooked his catch on the fabulous bbq. it was idyllic. I would highly recommend.

Ivo and his wife was so helpful and fast to respond to messages. They made us feel so at home and were incredible hosts. The place was high up on the mountain and it was so private, peaceful and tranquil. The views from the property are incredible. The infinity pool is fantastic which also has the fantastic views. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. The property is very well equipped for cooking with a hob and outdoor grill. The town of Marina is about a 20 minute drive with a great selection of bars and restaurants and also a supermarket. Enjoyed our trip very much would highly recommend and I will definitely be back. The best host we’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. Our child suddenly started vomiting, and we weren’t sure what was happening. We were worried it might be heatstroke, so we asked for directions to the nearest children’s hospital. Within minutes, we received the information, and Lucijana even came to the hospital to check on how we were doing. A truly kind and helpful family. We also appreciated the encouragement to be mindful of environment. We were welcomed with a treat and chilled drinks, which were very much needed in 30°C heat. The accommodation was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed. The garden offered fresh cucumbers, tomatoes, and more. I’m not a big fan of rocky beaches and neither were the kids so the pool was a huge bonus! I definitely recommend staying here. The location is quiet, several attractions are easily accessible, and shops and restaurants are nearby. We stayed as two adults and two children, and there was right enough of space for us.
