Patio in two directions with both morning and evening sun. There is a small pebble beach directly adjacent to the house, 20 meters from the house there is also a wood-fired sauna you can borrow. There is a jetty 100 meters from the house.

Resarö is located in Vaxholm municipality, which is also called the capital of the archipelago. One advantage is that Resarö has a real road to the mainland, i.e. you can go by car, bus or bike without the need of a ferry. Communication to Stockholm and Vaxholms City is great, there are buses almost 24/7. Coming from Arlanda airport (ARN) it takes about 45 minutes by taxi. The property is set in a lush garden with animals, nature and the sea on the corner. Swimming dock in the Baltic Sea is about 200 meters from the house.
