In a large garden are three modern, spacious apartments, suitable for solo travelers, couples or families. The smallest apartment is an open space studio, while the largest has two floors and 3 bedrooms. A short, 3 minute walk leads to a quiet beach with few visitors. Shops and restaurants are in the village of Skala, 3 kms (2 miles) away.

It is 25 m2, has a small separate kitchen room with all the amentities bathroom with a big shower, washing machine,smart tv and fantastic sea and town views. The views are provided both inside the bedroom with a very large window ,but also from our private shaded veranda.Free parking is available on the quiet public road

The villa offers two (2) 55m2 apartments on the ground floor and one (1) 110m2 family apartment on the first floor. Each apartment has it's own private entrance and a parking spot. Our villa is the perfect getaway. The apartments are comfortable and the views stunning. Right below there's a crystal clear non organized beach. Only 10min away by the shore you can access restaurants and beach bars at Megas Lakkos beach.

Joya's Studio is a cozy little studio on the top level of a two-story house. located in the village of Sarlata, a traditional Kefalonian village set on a hill near the airport with amazing sea and mountain views. Famous crystal-clear sandy beaches such as Avithos, Spasmata , Minies and Ammes beach are laying within a five minute drive distance. Car hire arrangements available upon request.
