Vacation home "Lärche" at Gut Mischenried

Gut Mischenried combines the tranquility and serenity of the countryside with the proximity to the city. It is located between fields, meadows and forests. Via highway or S-Bahn, you are in 30 minutes in the center of Munich. Almost all furniture was made or restored in our carpentry shop. All apartments are barrier-free and largely suitable for wheelchair users. In the surrounding area there are numerous activities that will make your stay in the 5-lake region exciting.

This apartment consists of 2 apartments, each 64 square meters, separated by a lockable double door. These doors can be opened and the entire 120 sqm attic apartment can be used. (Only when booking both apartments - see Sanosueno 2). The house is built on a slope, so the top floor is directly accessible via 6 steps from the entrance. The town center with cafes, bars, etc. is a 1-minute walk away, but completely away from the hustle and bustle! Price for 1 apartment

The LAKE apartment is located in our historic 1890 coach house, just a five-minute walk from Lake Starnberg and around 200 m from the Possenhofen S-Bahn station – Munich can be reached in about 30 minutes. The ground-floor apartment offers a private terrace, a separate bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen and plenty of space for two guests. The coach house includes three apartments (LAKE, MOUNTAIN, FOREST), which can be booked individually or in combination.

We have a private garage that is free for you. The children can play around absolutely safely. Quite near there is an aqua-park you can visit during summer time.

Traveling with a wheelchair or handicap – no problem here? When furnishing our apartment, we have made a special effort to provide a high level of comfort for people with mobility issues. The apartment is at ground level and is easy to cross with a wheelchair and easily accessible directly from the covered carport. A spacious layout with extra-wide doors and a barrier-free kitchen with a sink and electric stove awaits you.

Have your private apartment (60m²) with own entrance, two rooms, a big kitchen, bath and parking spot. The living and speeping room face the orchard. It has a good connection with public transport at daytime (to Munich/Oktoberfest in 50 min). I am living in the second apartment of the house and can recomend you outdoor aktivities, near tourist attractions and day trips.
