We will greet you on arrival but will leave you to enjoy your stay. We run the Architectural and Interior Design showroom on the ground floor. Hop on a bus to Fen Drayton’s famous nature reserve and visit the myriad of historic and picturesque villages in the the area. St Ives sits on the river Ouse with a pretty quayside and excellent independent shops, cafes, and restaurants. There is a carpark directly opposite the pod. We are a 2 minute walk to the river and shops of St.Ives. It is just a ten minute walk to St Ives’s famous ‘Guided Busway’, where regular buses will whizz you into Central Cambridge in less than 40 minutes

The Millers Cottage

Relax at this unique and tranquil getaway. The Millers cottage is part of a 18th century traditional windmill and sits in 30 acres. Close to Cambridge, Ely, Newmarket and Bury St Edmonds, the mill generates its own electricity and produces its own water and the heating is produced from the ground, so this unique quiet getaway should appeal to guests who also care about the planet. There is a hot tub here to enjoy all year around, koi pond, BBQ and relaxing decking in its own private garden.

Stepping outside there is a private south facing patio and garden with its own parking space, all just a leisurely walk from town.

We are located in the quiet conservation Village of Landbeach just North of the City of Cambridge, and just 3.7 miles from the renowned Cambridge Science Park & Business Park offering excellent links to M11, A14 (A1) and the A10 The City of Ely is 11 miles up the A10 The Park & Ride is 1.5miles away offering frequent busses into the city centre. Cosy self contained lodge nestled in a secluded paddock in a quiet part of the Village. Over looking open fields, surrounded by lovely walks adjoining the village cricket green. The stables are located on the edge of the village of Burwell, with a range of village amenities, including 4 country pubs within walking distance. Be sure to explore the stunning National Trust Wicken Fen nature reserve, which is on your doorstep. Burwell is perfectly located between Newmarket and Cambridge, with both being only a short drive away.
